Best location in Puerto Banus + rooms are spacious with an amazing balcony + friendly staff + everything was done at ease (check in, check out, cleaning service). Everything was great.

Fabulous ❤️ 1000000 out of 10 staff sensational ? ? breakfast Fabulous OMG beds exceptional so so clean stayed so fat 2 times this year back for xmas ? ? resent stay with my daughter she loved breakfast. We also loved cocktail bar 1 minute across from B51 cocktails ? out of this world ? xxxxxxxx

I was really disappointed by my check-in experience. Upon arrival, I encountered the rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. His name was Raed, and instead of simply answering my question about the possibility of getting our room before the check-in time, he dismissed me by saying he had “already told my roommate.” When I politely pressed for clarification, he chose to argue with me for nearly 10 minutes, repeatedly insisting he had already told my roommate, rather than just providing a straightforward answer—which would have taken far less time and effort for both of us. This behavior was unprofessional, unhelpful, and left a very negative first impression.
