Nice close to everywhere i got there late they still wait for me and there’s a restaurant next door very good

Had nice restaurant next door which allowed free parking which helped. One night was very noisy from next room. Room was clean and comfortable no internet connection.

Nothing. I didn’t even stay there. I was going to request a refund when I got home. No one is there to check you in there is no front desk. They are trying to run a hotel out of a different city in Barcelona hundreds of miles away. When I finally did get my room from the one staff member that was there the Internet was not working and had an important business meeting so I left and got another hotel through booking which you can see. I stayed at blue Bay.banus.

Location and the cleanliness and space of the studio with terrasse very convenient There’s nothing that I can mention except there’s no room service or kitchen so be aware

Very good location I called and called and spent one hour trying to locate as the address was not clear to me. Spoke to people that must not have ever seen the location as they didn’t know landmarks such as Marbella club.

the price ! They had a flood in room 11 from the roof and there was mold on the ceiling! The terrace smelled of animal urine, dogs

Exactly what I expected for the price . Clean simple and nice . Opposite in the Marbella Club rooms were €1800 a night ?♂️. I get it but just saying value for money

Staff were super friendly and helpful and our room was exactly what we needed, hotel is situated perfectly as there’s a short 5 min walk to the beach and equal ways to both Old Town and Puerto Banús :)
