The pool was disappointing. From the photos it looks like a normal sized pool on the rooftop, but it is in fact only one narrow strip of water big enough for 2-3 people.

The stuff was amazing. Terrible internet. Too noisy on low floors. If your windows are on the inside of hotel, you hear loud noises coming from the restaurant (which is too small to have a comfy breakfast, difficult to find available table).

Susana was incredibly polite and exceeded our expectations in every way. She helped us order the perfect birthday cake, beautifully decorated the room, and even organized our transfers to and from the airport. Also, Ana was very polite and informative, giving us excellent recommendations on cafes and restaurants in Marbella that really enhanced our stay. Their professionalism and warm service made our experience truly memorable. Overall, all employees were polite. The hotel was super clean and very well located, steps away from the beach and the historical center.

Decent sized rooms, the location and the staff. There were a couple times in my 8 night stay that the cleaning services either weren’t done or done terribly.

Fantastic location . Very central, close to the beach , shops , restaurants and the old town Not much The house keeping could have been better … restock the rooms with water , coffee pods etc .. was not great WFI / internet extremely slow , definitely could improve

The room was beautiful, very clean, nice tea and coffee faclities, great toiletries. The staff left balloons, a card and some chocolates in the room for my partners 50th birthday. That was a lovely touch.
