Excellent location Non negotiable with moving dates. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. No toilet paper. No bedding for sofa bed. Staff was friendly, but we had to ask twice for proper bedding and first night had to use clothing and towels as bedding. Shower faucet was broken.

Pretty, Clean, Neat, had everything one would need. Location is splendid, proximity to everything one needs. We asked for a third towel as the reservation was for 3 people, our request was accepted but not delivered. We did not get the third towel but I guess it’s okey since it’s summer and we brought our extra towels.

The apartment is beautiful and perfect for enjoying the city on foot. Communication with the reception was excellent – fast and friendly. There were just two downsides: the fridge makes a constant noise, which is noticeable at night, especially since it’s in the same space as the sofa bed. Also, the sofa bed is small, uncomfortable, and poorly designed — not suitable even for a child, let alone an adult. The sofa bed is simply not a valid sleeping option. We paid for 4 people, but honestly, this apartment is only suitable for 2 adults.

Loved the central location and sunny roof terrace. Coffee table legs were broken and when pulled forward towards it collapsed. No table and chairs to eat at. Lovely kitchen but no bottle opener.

This is the absolute perfect place to stay if you’re wanting a cosy, cute vibe. The accommodation is spotless and feels very safe

The apartment was clean, contemporary and bright in a great location. The communication for arriving was great and was made so easy. Highly recommended! Sadly, there was a lot of water pipework noise that kept us awake!

The location is excellent being within a short walk of all the best parts of Marbella Old Town. The apartment is well appointed with first class equipment and a lovely view of the nearby church from the balcony. Nothing to dislike.

Furniture, towels, equipment were new and fresh. The Rooms were clean. Well-equiped terrace on a top floor offered very comfortable sun-bathing. Quiet surrounding Double bed was comfortable but when one person moved, The whole bed and mattress moved too and disturbed another person's sleep. Too much noise at night: elevator's sound, squeeks in water pipes, sounds from the staircase (other guests talking)

Location was good and decor was nice and modern The heater wasn’t working only cool air came out. The toaster didn’t work properly. No shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. No extra toilet paper, had a half roll and that was it. Need dark curtains as light from street was bright throughout the night.
