The hotel facilities were very good and the location was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties . Honestly, everything went very well

The property well cleaned & well located Food and beverage they need to look into it to enhance the service and the food . we have tried the restaurant alrawshaa for dinner and we have tried the room service as well. our booking including breakfast it was good with limited variety but good food quality unfortunately the glasses and the plates are stinky with egg smell tables are dirty not cleaned after each guest it seems they don’t have enough staff to cover the service and its not reflecting five star at all .

The breakfast is really amazing especially that they offer multiple halal food options, fresh orange juice machine, also I liked the indoor heated pool and the cleanliness. The staff were very firm and gave our baby some gifts Nothing The parking is expensive

Location Decoration

It is conveniently located across puente romano, but it is not walkable. Hard to distinguish how to exit the hotel by foot, it is mostly meant to be entered by car. No clear sidewalks I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and for 3 of those nights the elevator was out of service. My room was on the top floor (level 3 in Europe = level 4 in the U.S.), which meant climbing four flights of stairs every single time — extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage. A 5-star hotel without a functioning elevator simply cannot be considered 5-star. The Wi-Fi was also terrible. It constantly disconnected and was very weak throughout my stay. Despite complaining twice to the front desk and being reassured it would be fixed, nothing changed. On my first night, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling at all, and I woke up drenched in sweat. Thankfully, that issue was fixed the next day — but the elevator and Wi-Fi were never resolved. Service was disappointing as well. At the poolside restaurant, I sat for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite trying to get the staff’s attention multiple times. I finally gave up and left. The hotel feels cheap overall. For over 700€ per night, I expected a true luxury experience, but instead found cheap finishes (basic tiles, no marble, 4-fixture bathroom instead of 5). The facilities and service do not match the advertised category or price. I sincerely hope the hotel considers offering a partial refund. A non-working elevator and Wi-Fi are unacceptable for guests paying this rate in a so called 5 star hotel. I also have video proof of the elevator not functioning. I will not return and will not recommend anyone to stay here.
