The price and the location. I only stayed in the room during the night but it was comfortable and adequate.

. They wouldn’t let me leave my luggage, this ruined my whole plans for the day when I don’t see how this would of affected them. It ended my trip very badly and outweighed all the goods

not much there was no electricity in the hotel the whole morning, and yet, they wouldn't grant me a refund

the young staff member at reception was polite and had decent level of English, no problem at all, location is kind of ok for a cheap place, however amenities.. :( The room was with an odour of an old old untouched house, while the sheets and pillow with towels seemed ok, the bed itself fell apart when I turned from one side to another 2 mins in the bed, had to put it back together.. Next, the cold.. - I was very cold in the room at night, only one power socket in the room, so could only charge phone at night but not shaver.. I ended up leaving after 1st night to never come back and booked another place in Marbella.. it is beyond me how people can sleep offering basically abysmal room with disgusting odour and airc that only cools but no heat... it's 3 January..
