I liked the location and that it had garage. Just like one of the comments here said, we also got a "shared room", room that is split with the thin doors, so you can hear your neighbours using toilet, having sex, talking loud and you can wake up with the sound of person throwing up (from drinking night before). I told the staff, they did come up, but its their fault for renting us room with shared door not people using the room. Later that night there was also a loud talking/yelling (drinking) in other room, noone stopped it and it went on until 3:30AM or until i fell asleep from exhaustion. In morning I told that to the staff, asked for refund, it was like he was already prepared to say that they went up and stopped people having sex :D and rejected refund, but it wasnt about me getting 100€ back, its about respect and that you cant rent a shared room split with thin door, I was feeling like its my fault that I rented a room in a party hotel for a good night sleep. So if you came to Marbella for party, this is your hotel, you have nice balcony for hanging out with friends, noone will stop you, and you may be lucky and get a shared room and drink with your neighbour if you are lucky to get party neighbour and not a neighbour that wants a good night sleep. But if you came to Marbella as tourist, I would skip this hotel as you wont get a good night sleep, you will get a lot of sounds from street, from haning out in rooms, you will get a broken balcony door that cant lock and maybe a shared room with a loud neighbour.

Adorable staff, clean room, comfortable and well located. I have to say the parking was full when we arrived and the breakfast was honestly not great. But that doesn't it was an excellent stay ! Btw, check in is 24/7 ;)

Beds were uncomfortable, and the room was not cleaned properly. There were visible stains and dust in the bathroom, so you could tell it was not cleaned. And there was no trash can in the room.

Great location (2 minutes by foot from the old town, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes by foot from the train/bus station), the room was quite had a nice balcony, the rooftop pool and sundeck was quite nice, the staff was friendly and communicative.

Location was great, walking distance to downtown and to the beach areas. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony. A little smaller than I expected, but it was nice. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked quite good and having a cafeteria on-site was very convenient. The views from the pool in the rooftop were spectacular! But the whole area needs a renovation. They have a room to leave your luggage if you arrive early or leave late, but it is not always locked. The staff at front desk were very helpful finding taxis. The bathroom did not have conditioner and body lotion and when I asked in the lobby the staff was not very helpful. Also, they charge for pool towels. We didn't know and took our room towels. When we asked for new ones, they were reluctant to give them to us and we had to bring down the wet ones. The front desk agent refused to give me an extra one for my hair. Very disappointing.

Very clean, good location and services. Couple of minutes of walking from the frist beach and bus stop is very near. Also Marbella old town is nearby, which is perfect. Overall it is fine deal.
