Beautiful hotel and island!

Great place. Pool seems small for a family resort. Not a lot of places to eat on/at the resort. Great place if it was just me and my husband. Also easy access to other restaurants and shopping.

We stayed on ground floor. Room was dark even with curtains open. Found a lot of tiny mosquitos even though we kept the doors closed. Faucet knobs broken. We appreciated the complimentary morning coffee, beach chairs and umbrellas

What was most disappointing was arriving at check-in time only to find that our room was not ready. When we raised the issue, staff promised refunds or compensation that never materialized. It felt misleading and very frustrating. I honestly expected much better given the Hilton name, but this experience was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The power was out at the resort for most the day if check in so we were unable to order lunch and drinks.
