The regular room is very small, no place even for the bag

A nice and central location in the old part of Mardin, everything can be reached on foot. An amazing view of Mesopotamia from the rooftop balcony.

This is a nice hotel in the center of the old town. Everything looks nice inside, although it is clear that the renovation took place a long time ago, but the overall appearance is still good. The beds are quite comfortable. Breakfast is ok. The convenient location makes the hotel even more attractive. Located on the main road, no need to climb any steps. The staff doesn't speak English. But at the same time, they are very nice and try very hard to help, and through Google translator we manage to come to an agreement. Fortunately, in the morning a young man came to work at the reception who understood English. He helped me call a taxi and was generally very friendly. My room was small, the internet worked very poorly.

The location was very good, there was a large amd clean room and bathroom, a comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful and kind staff.Havataş airport shuttle's station is just in front of the hotel. Lots of local shops and restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast could be better: vegetables could be washed better, when something (like tomato, cucumber, omlets, gözleme) is finished it could be refilled if it's still before 10:30.

The hotel is superb, totally recommend for any future trips and visits to Mardin. Very comfy bed, nice room, and good shower. Everything is very clean, and guests oriented. Hotel has small parking on the street, I recommend you to call them in advance and ask for assistance. Coz the street is super busy and you might not want to create additional traffic. Very helpful personnel. all was good

Staff are kind, I pretty had a nice time. Hotel is center of old city, you can walk around easily. Now just tourists are decreasing by earthquake, but Mardin is out of area. So please visit there. Not bad, but my stay was durling Ramadan. And Mardin Museum was closed during my staied. Of course it's not Hotel's matter.

The location of the hotel is key! It is in the middle of the old town, so you have everything near! Restaurants, public transport, museums! The room was nice and clean! The breakfast was good to start a day of activities! But the best was the staff, Helin, she was so helpful, I asked thousands of questions and she helped whith each one! Of course it was between Turkish and English, but for that there is google translator! 100% recommended for foreign.

Everything was amazing. Room was huge, very celan, we had a baby crib. The girl that works on reception was ready to help, always smiling. She was great host. We cant remember her name, but thanks again for all her help.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, which is very central, close to all major sights. Althoug the lobby on the ground floor looked promisingly clean after my arrival, I have to say that the room might be cleaner. In my room, there was some dirt behind the wash-basin (photo attached), and I had an overall feeling that the staff was in a hurry with the cleaning. The AC was not working well throughout my entire stay. I told the receptionist about this issue, a guy came to check my room, but I was ensured it is OK, that it just takes some time to cool the room. The AC was set on 17 degrees, but it was still more than warm during the night. The next day I realized that the other guests had the same issue, the staff heared our conversation, but didn't seem willing to do anything about it. Since I didn't want to get angry, I decided to survive. The breakfast was terrible. The worst breakfast I've ever had in Turkey. A very bad selection (maily fried items, floating in oil - sausages, peppers, aubergine and potatoes) and some of the items even looked like leftovers from the previous day. No coffee at all. The hotel advertises that they have an amazing terrace, where the breakfast is served, but to be honest, the place is nothing close to comfortable. There is a simple greenhouse-like construction and it's very hot underneath it. It is obvious that the management took a lot of care about "old fashioned" look of the furniture and facilities inside the rooms, which might sometimes be pleasant and romantic, but in this case it turned to be very impractical. I talk especially about the brass faucets, which have pretty sharp edges (photo attached). I cut my finger once!!! and I don't even want to imagine what could happen if someone slips on the floor... I find it DANGEROUS and it shoul be immediately replaced. Only one of the receptionists speaks more than basic English. Should be improved.
