On the downside, the restaurant was quite weak and none of the staff could speak a word of English, which made communication difficult. We had booked this hotel mainly for the pool, but unfortunately the outdoor pool didn’t get any sun during our stay because of the hotel’s positioning. On top of that, the atmosphere around the pool was uncomfortable — rows of gentlemen sitting at tables drinking tea and smoking right beside the pool made it far from a relaxing experience. As for the advertised “mountain view,” it was more like a small hill with newly planted trees, definitely not what we expected from the description on Booking. Overall, while the rooms and spa were very good, the pool and restaurant experience were disappointing, and the hotel didn’t quite deliver what was advertised.

Yeah, they charged me another person. We have one child under the 10 age , I have a reservation for three room It’s not the first time they do them they always do that. They keep charging us with our looking reservation people.

Multiple languages spoken, the breakfast was perfect, luxury. Slow in providing services, not very clean as a massive insect seen after midnight left us in a horror. Our room is not cleaned every day. we had to call and request towels and toilet tissue

Thoroughly impressed with Ramada Mardin during our final leg of our journey through southeast Turkiye The reception team was warm and welcoming, making every effort to communicate in English. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, with the added luxury of a choice of pillows. The bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was of high quality, and a staff member, Murat, was particularly hospitable, ensuring every guest felt well cared for. The gym was fully equipped Old Mardin area is 12 minutes drive Mardian mall is 5 minutes drive with plenty of restaurants in the mall Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Free parking Breakfast very disappointing, on a 3 stars level. Pool and gym opening only at 10 am, very late. Very small tv compared to the room. Annoying mini bar check in the afternoon while I rest. Very few people speak English, and on a basic level.

The hotel is located in the new city of Mardin about 2.5Km from the old city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. WI-FI was good all the time. Friendly Staff. Breakfast was good with many options while it could have been better if the main dishes were not repeatable. The waiters in the Dining Room were very friendly, attentive and of good service to the guests. The only comment is that the people at the Reception cannot communicate well in English, most probably that their guests are locals !
