It was good for the price.

I booked the hotel for my mother, and her friend. The lady in the reception, Zubeyde, was so helpful, incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. It was my mother's first trip without me, since I was abroad, she had to handle everything by herself. She was never alone and truly felt like friends with Zubeyde by the end of our trip. The hotel was very comfortable, and we felt completely at home. Thank you so much for taking care of my family. Highly recommended.! The only downside of this holiday is that it ends

This time I especially cared about the Wifi quality because I had to work remotely plus sometime with video calls. So I intentionally selected this hotel which has a higher rate for wifi with reasonable price. I stayed at the lowest floor, where the wifi connection was very stable and fast enough. Unexpectedly they upgraded my room from single to double. Very appreciated. Location is good enough, even though it locates almost at the end of the walking area, it does not let you climb stairs up and down quite much. Staffs are friendly, although they don't speak english, we had no problem for communication. They booked the shuttle bus to the airport. There is a big terrace inside with a beautiful view and you can sit there with your friends (I did so). No really anything. But if I have to be very picky, then the mat for bathroom is a bit confusing for me, because it is set in the bathroom which will absorb full of water after shower. Maybe it could be put right out of the bathroom?

Everyone was hopeful and the hotel look exactly pictures even, my favorite part was the breakfast every fresh and it tasted out of this world, unfortunately I only had a chance to there was. Definitely on my next trip i'll be staying there longer. It was a little hidden.

They don't have reception, nobody speaks English they speak only Turkish. The restroom in my room had mold.

The property had an amazing view and location! Staff was really kind and helpful! However,the room was, surprisingly for us, without a window which was not clear from the pictures and there was a terrace on the floor and not to the room. There was mold in the room and without a way to ventilate, the air was not good, therefore we slept with the door open,which was not perfect but was ok for us. Maybe in the hot summer days, the smell will not be felt as much. It would be worth it to book a room with a window even if more expensive. Breakfast was delicious and the staff really nice. There was hot water all the time:-)

Very good breakfast. I messaged the property to say we were coming from Iraq by bus and might be late and received a reply to say that we could arrive at any time. In fact we finally arrived at 6:30 AM. It was a very cold morning and we were exhausted and very cold but they ignored knocking at the door, they ignored our phone calls and the ignored phone calls from their neighbours. The general feeling with the husband at the property was that we were a necessary inconvenience. The wife was very quiet but I have to say she provided a very good breakfast.

The breaktaking view of the Mesopotamia, the hospitality, cleanliness and the location close to important points of interest. The hotel is situated in the heart of the ancient city, but in a quiet street. All was positive.

Location is good, near the very center and quite, with the beautiful view from the terrace on the valey. Breakfast is served, could be better. Refrigirator didn't work, but staff solved the problem, TV didn't work at all. Small room with little natural light, water pump was noisy.

Awesome location and view. A clean and comfortable room with working air-conditioning. Breakfast was good as well. Friendly women who helped us with all our needs.
