The place is beautiuful, the food is great, the people nice and helpful. The little business offices are well done. No air condidioning in the room. Weak internet in the room. Overflow parking.

the breakfast was incredible having the same table waiting for you every day was also great. The spa was stunning the staff were really helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful. would have appreciated being shown where all the facilities were when I arrived at the hotel finding the spa was a little tricky and also the ski lock up. Room service would have also been a good added bonus. Also accessing the pool through the restaurant was a little daunting if your in a robe.

Thankfully I was staying in a double room on my own, which I found more than comfortable, but had I had to share it, it would have been a very tight squeeze. The breakfasts were fantastic. There was something for everyone, massive selection, and I loved the fact that they had a super juicer. The Spa facilities were super, and I had a lovely massage. There was actually nothing I didn't like about the Eder.

Design, Beautiful Area The hotel and our room were directly opposite the church. Very loud bells start tolling at 6am each morning and every 1/4 hour through the day till late. Staff not well managed and some male waiting staff were a little belligerent, cocky and unhelpful as clearly they were summer staff only who didnt care. Food uninspiring and prawns in soup served raw and led to sickness

Downtown location is great, pool is super, staff is nice and helpful, hotel itself is very nice inside, all clean and of course great kitchen. View from the room was to cemetery, coincidentally there was also a funeral, I guess just consider if travel with kids, I guess no other room was available at the time of my visit, otherwise hotel is perfect.. Pricy but the location is close to the lift so understandable..
