The team was very welcoming and very nice. Spa was not working Bad was stiff Hot water ws coming and going. Missed the eggs on breakfast

Fantastic location in the cutest mountainside town. I loved that we could walk to so many hiking/biking trails and that we were next to shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The free parking was a great amenity and we loved our mountainside view. The free ticket to public transit and the cable car was a really nice perk. But honestly, the best part was the hotel staff, especially Martina. She made us feel like home with her effervescent personality!

The location. No tea and coffee making facilities. No fridge. Poor communication with the hotel in advance.After 4 days of emails requesting the guest/tourist cards in advance to use on the local bus we still did not receive them on time.

The hotel is extremely cozy, nicely situated close to the ski lift, staff is very friendly and helpful, a location where we'll definitely return. Nothing.

Really nice, well positioned, traditional hotel with friendly and efficient staff (especially on reception), nice spa facilities, good, well stocked breakfast buffet and easy car parking directly outside the hotel. My room was very comfortable, nicely furnished and had a great view of the church and mountains behind. Easy 3 minute walk to the Natrunbahn. My one small suggestion (not criticism) would be for the rooms to have coffee making facilities. For me, was not a problem as I travel with my own kettle just in case !

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed openly and warmly by the receptionist Martina, who was only too pleased to help with making my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The catering staff were also friendly and efficient, and the food after a hard day on the slopes was warming and delicious. In addition, they served up a superb 7 course dinner for New year's eve! The Edelweiss is a friendly, family run hotel located down a quiet side road, yet only 5 mins walk from Zentrum (Central Maria Alm), or the Natrunbahn lift station. The fact that I had to go home only after 1 week.

The food was excellent, the spa facilities were great, and the hotel is in a great location in the centre of Maria Alm (but quite)

Very nice sauna and wellness area, relaxing and beautifully done. Breakfast was great, so was the room. Very friendly staff. Excellent halfboard dinner.

Location was perfect and within walking distance to the bus stop. Martina, the lady working at reception was incredible and so warm and friendly. No request ever felt like too much effort. She even organized a taxi for us when ours cancelled at the last minute. Beautiful, charming and cozy rooms with great food and super friendly staff. The sauna room is also incredible and free of charge to hotel guests, what a pleasure that was to use. Highly recommended if you visit Maria Alm!!! Words won't do it justice!! Nothing to complain about!!
