This is a traditional Tyrolean property in a good location, very short walk to lift. Staff are fantastic. Adult only (natural!) spa in basement. Rooftop pool is a nice touch but could be a little warmer in winter. Food is outstanding. Very good value all round.

To enhance the experience, it would be beneficial to provide a bottle of water in the room, considering that not everyone can drink directly from the faucet.

Perfect condition facilities. We could really enjoy indoor pool and sauna. A view of moon above mountains from this pool was spectacular and indescribable. Also, family friendly. There’re spaces for kids fun such like tv game table etc. We were excited in playing table football! There were cases not to communicate well by English. But I’d like to mention that it does not mean to reduce attractiveness of this hotel. Next time we’ll learn Germany in advance ;).

Pool with a view of the mountains. The price did not match the quality at all. There was no tea kettle in the room. After buying the dinner (buffet table), all drinks for an additional fee (even water). View from the room to the road. I don't recommend it.

The hotel is located near to ski facilities. Nice spa, pool, and sauna. In general, the hotel is pleasant and definitely for families who enjoy hiking or skiing. 1.Dinners served at the hotel were of poor quality, especially for the price of the stay at the hotel. We did not like starters and main courses. For instance, out of two meat loaves in the tafelspitz, one was severely overdried, while the second one was acceptably cooked. Some of the dishes were unnecessarily overcomplicated and of questionable taste. Lastly, waiting time for food could be shorter. Once we had to wait an hour for main courses, even though we ordered food during the breakfast, and there was enough time for preparation. Overall, I would suggest the hotel management to rethink the dinner menu in favor of simplicity and improved taste and address the waiting time issue. 2. Personnel could be more helpful: there was an issue with the safe in the room, which was not fixed during the whole stay. We have asked for help three times, each time receiving response that someone would come in the upcoming 10 minutes. 3. Relatively minor thing, but pillows were extremely uncomfortable and old.
