Staff was very kind and friendly. The property was not very well maintained. Sheets and rooms were not very clean.

We had a very late check in, about midnight. We were met with a kiosk and a live person on the kiosk. Very minimal lobby with only Ramen and canned sodas for sale. Room was relatively clean but not maintained. The TV wouldn't work, the outlets on top of tje bedside table didn't work and we could charge or use my portable fan. Would have had to charge across the room. Luckily we were full battery. Blinds didn't come all the way down and street lights were in my eye all night. Bathroom had a sliding barn door that didn't close all the way and had a weird hook and eye lock haphazardly screwed in. I felt safe on the property and was only there 6 hours to sleep while driving as we left at 6am. I would not have stayed if we were there for anything more than a few hours sleep. AC worked good though. This hotel proves you get what you pay for.

During a one week stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned 4 times before giving up, the room needed updating, a deep clean, and repairs. There were random puddles of water popping up in the middle of the floor, against the baseboards, and in the closet. The shower area was in bad shape. A lot of the time there were not actual staff present, but instead a machine set up similar to a zoom or teams meeting. The smell was to be expected for a place that was not well maintained. On the upside, the location was great for us, staff (on and off camera) were friendly, inexpensive, and the ac unit worked very well. This is definitely a case of - you get what you pay for :)

Water was seeping up through the floor, rooms smelled musty and stale, bathroom doors looked like they were chewed up, and fire sprinklers were covered with what looked like wet toilet paper. Staff didn’t seem too concerned after we had said we were cancelling our stay and asked for a refund. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else.

very friendly! stayed for two nights. very quiet area.

The lobby to elevator areas were filled with dirt. The inside of the elevator was dirty. The room was damp and the fridge does not cool. There were several broken items throughout the hotel. The shower had mold and insufficient towels. I had to purchase my own. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was convenient. The facility was dirty, unkept and incredibly humid. All the surfaces in our room were damp. The worst part was that the pull-out sofa was visibly covered in mold. It was absolutely unacceptable.

Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site. Before I could open my mouth to say anything to the staff at the desk he happily told us the hotel was sold out and try one of the other hotels nearby. The gentleman being too happy to tell me they're sold-out told me all I needed to know. The hotel cancelled the reservation or at least said it was just so we couldn't stay and blamed it on Expedia because otherwise I wouldn't be asked to review my stay from Expedia. The preemptive sign on the main entrance saying they can do so was a giveaway after that.

This property is very run down and filthy they should remove it from the booking.com website There was a person already in my room when I went to open the door as the secondary bolt lock was been used and the person inside the room would not answer

The lady on the kiosk was there and able to help me as soon as I walked in The property is disgusting and has bedbugs. The room we were in had food still on and in the sheets. Whoever it is that cleans the rooms is not doing a good job whatsoever. This is not a place I would recommend to ANYONE! Not BBB certified

Bed lining was not clean, mattress was worn out.

The pricing, easy check in/out process, the location! The broken door, Netflix not working, blow dryer not working, fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, couldn’t connect to WiFi. The gym is unfinished and tacky as hell!!!!!
