I asked to speak with the main manager who was utterly rude to me She said its no problem to Wait for room as that's normal And if I don like it I could go. Just crazy sad

Pool was shut down until further notice. My jet stopped working multiple times to my room. First time they realized the battery in key fob was dead. We were locked out for an hour and 20 minutes. They knew we were locked out and never alerted us when they fixed it while sitting right in front of them. Business center was a joke. Computer is locked with guest password but no staff member knew the password. Finally got the computer open and the printer didn’t work. Stayed 5 nights no housekeeping at all. It stated if we stayed more than two nights they come and clean. Never did had to make multiple trips to front desk for toilet paper and towels. Hotel itself wasn’t bad but the experience wasn’t great.

There was no management available for assistance. We did not have housekeeping a single time in the week we were there. We ran out of soap and the front desk could not replace it. We also ran out of toilet paper. The keys repetitively stopped working and no one was available at the front desk to assist us to get back in the room.

Overall, I was happy with my experience. The only thing I was unhappy about was check in. Upon arrival, the staff member asked for my name. I gave it to them and there was no further dialogue other being told to wait for 10-15 minutes. After waiting about 25-30 minutes and seeing several other people check in without issue, I approached the front desk to ask if my room was ready. The staff member replied with a no its not ready. I asked why it wouldn't be for it was 4:30, an hour and a half passed check in. I was in a time crunch to get into my room, change and get ready for an event I was attending that evening. The staff member explained that I would need to be patient for they were low staffed and doing all they can. He further explained that some patience would be appreciated since I reserved 3 rooms. That's where the information was incorrect. I had only reserved 1 room for 2 adult guest. After gathering that info, my room was given to me immediately. If he would have confirmed this info with me initially, instead of brushing me and my other guest aside, I would not have had to wait for a room and lost half an hour waiting for nothing. It was explained to me that it was another employee's error when taking the reservation (even those I had reserved through Expedia). No apologies were given. Rather, the staff member tried to change the subject by discussing his personal life, delaying me another 10-15 minutes.

Upon check in I saw dirty toilet paper in the toilet bowl. We arrived around 9:00 PM so I did not inspect the bed before I went to sleep. The next morning I grabbed a pillow I did not sleep on to prop myself up on the bed. There were what looked like fresh blood stains on the pillow. I went to the front desk and asked to have my room cleaned again. The receptionist (lady at front desk) said she would tell housekeeping. We left for the day. We came back around 6:00 PM and the room had not been touched. I went to the front desk and requested another room. I was moved to another room. Cleanliness

The pool was not open, and no notification was sent out. That was one of the main reasons I booked this location, second the staff was not very helpful nor accessible at all times. Toilet paper was poor quality, breakfast was mediocre and also ran out very quickly. The towels were full of lint. The overall quality of the stay just was not pleasant. Will not be staying here again especially not for that price !

Check-in was quick and easy. Pool was closed with no notice or discount. Only 1 elevator working. Room was so humid the toilet paper was wet. No AC thermostat in the room. Ice in ice machine melted and gross. Both Room card stopped working

Easy access on and off the interstate but far enough away to not hear it. There wasn’t much not to like, def needs some updating but everything was as needed, was clean and worked properly.

The staff was so nice and friendly!! The hotel is older but has been well maintained. Great stay!!

So I could hear the music from my room until 1AM. That's not the hotel's fault, but it certainly didn't help them. The room phone didn't work.

We have stayed here several times and have had a great experience every time. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good.
