Location They couldn’t give us a key to our room because their card machine didn’t work. So staff always needed to escort us to room to open the door. Also were given a handicapped room. The bathroom facilities had very odd setup and lacked the comforts of a regular room

An oasis in the middle of an industrial area. Great restaurant and good breakfast. Clean and modern rooms. The two pools and the grounds were amazing. Felt more like a resort.

Excellent Location,Staff, Breakfast and Amenities. The restaurant had limited options and the food was bland. However breakfast was exceptional.

The rooms were clean and hygiene. It's away from public transport, but don't worry the hotel will take care for you in arranging a taxi. The restaurant inside the hotel was great and the food was tasty (Italian cuisine) Overall, the stay was perfectly smooth and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, nice restaurant (Donna Maria) and excellent breakfast buffet. A very small point, but mattress a little hard.

The hotel was very clean. The pool area was calm and pleasant, not crowded. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities (always enough space). I definitely recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for family vacation. -

Fantastic Hotel, great team. Wonderful Pool.

We stayed here for a night to use the facilities and to get refreshed in a beautiful pool. We had a bit of a hick-up on arrival which thankfully was resolved and the service recovery was spot on which we didn’t expect and were very grateful for. Staff do go extra mile to get things done and we appreciate it a lot. We will happily stay there again. Very close to the airport and so quiet at night. Fantastic gym! The only gym I’ve been to that has a proper squat rack! Very tidy and clean facilities. Immaculate really. Fascinating building. Very good breakfast and we liked our dinner too! Enjoyed it overall. One advice, though - do check with the hotel if all the required facilities are available to use.

Exceptional

Charming place with nice atmosphere. Staff very polite and gentle. At the reception, at breakfast restaurant, as well as cleaning ladies. You feel like living in a castle, comfy spacious room. So nice pool, quiet area. Nice starting spot for surroundings - Pompeii, Amalfi others. We felt so great, including 3yrs old son. You are doing great job!

The owner Joseph is a very friendly host! Whatever problem…he solves it! Beautiful hotel, nice rooms! The food in the restaurant good be better but that is to wveryones taste!

We can only say wonderful things about this little jewel of a hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff was always very attentive and nice; the facilities are elegant and show a very good taste. The swimming pools are fantastic and modern. Our feeling is that all the details have been calculated with care. The food in the restaurant is amazing and prices are good. It is located in quiet location that I'd recommend only when travelling by car - but it makes an excellent base to visit the area (from Naples to Paestum, including Amalfi Coast, etc.) if that's the case. I didn't like that our stay finished :)

We have been coming to this hotel for over 8 years and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very beautiful, complemented by an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff that always makes our stay enjoyable. The lovely garden area and attractive dining section add to the overall charm and comfort of the hotel. Moreover, the availability of a large, secured parking area is a convenient feature that completes this excellent lodging experience. There is truly nothing negative to report about this hotel, as every aspect of our stay met or exceeded expectations.

Everything Maybe the breakfast could be improved a little

The attentiveness of staff, the room, the garden, the pool.. Great breakfast offer as well There's nothing not to like about this hotel. But it is a bit off the beaten track, there's nothing to do around it, if you stay for longer than 1-2 days. Even so, I could easily spend there 3 days without any problem, just enjoying the garden and its pool
