From day one my stay at Riva del Sole has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and modern, ideally located on the seaside and within short walking distance from the city center. It offers a great and always fresh breakfast variety. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive and made me feel welcome from start to end of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If I hang “the dont disturb” signet on the door, it means don’t disturb, and don’t wake me up from the reception by phone if the cleaner can come to the room. This is not nice. Thanks.

Breakfast: In overall the breakfast was good. Large selection of Italian pastries, including sweet pastries. Selection of cakes. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Tables clean and ready, staff helpful and nice. Rooms: The worst room in a 4-star hotel I've ever seen. Small, dark, musty room with 20-year-old furnishings. The toilet is separated by a sliding door and situated half meter from bed. The fridge almost doesnt work. The air conditioning is noisy inefficient and located in an unsuitable place. 17-inch TV - not usable. The safe is locked with a key. I'm really not kidding at 21st. you must use the key to the safe (the key is huge). We only got one key to the room again it was huge and impractical. The price didnt correspond the quality. Pictures in booking didnt correspond with reality.
