A nice room, wirh beautiful bathroom. Bed appeares hard , but was good. Location is excellent to walk to beach or town. The breakdast from thw bakery on geoundfloor is ok, but not goog, and vusy at 7.30 - 8.30 in the morning.

The room was very nice and well equipped, it was incredibly convenient to have a pasticciera on the main floor and the beach was super close to the hotel. They don’t have a 24/7 desk and they lock the hotel after 2200. We got back to the hotel at 2155 and they were closed early so we were locked out of the hotel. It was not appropriately explained that the code they gave us was our entry code to the hotel after hours so I didn’t have it. I ended up having to engineer a non-conventional way to enter the establishment. And… the WiFi didn’t work. When brought to the front desk’s attention they did nothing.

The hotel is located only a few minutes walking from the city centre of Marina di Campo and the city beach. From the centre of Marina di Campo there are good public bus connections to Portoferraio and other locations on the island. First, I got a room where the wifi and the light in the entrance area didn't work. I was told that no client before had ever complained about wifi deficiency in this room (which I have difficulties to believe as a technician later said that the antenna in the corridor was weak...). Upon my request, I was finally given another room. For the room rate charged, I think one can expect that the wifi works correctly.

Very close to the town center and to the beach. Excellent food at the in-house bakery. Plenty of parking space, very easy to find. We liked everything; if I really have to find something that could be improved I'd say that while the brunch menu was great value for the cost, the off the counter fruit salad and yoghurt&muesli servings were kind of pricey for the size.
