Hotel Villa Tiziana

The hotel was really lovely with really friendly staff especially the night manager Marcelo he made a holiday extra special with his friendliness. It had a lovely pool with a pool bar and with lunch options also available so u could stay at pool all day if you wanted. The breakfast was fabulous and we were able to hire.bikes to easily get around Marina di Massa. The only issue was the property was a 30 min walk from the centre which was a bit far on a hot day.

The hotel is lovely so are the staff. There were a few fixable things in our room that we reported, and the lady said they would fix them straight away. One of the balcony doors was broken, the safe didn't work, and the curtain needed adjusting, but we had a great view of the Alps. Our room was great. We left some fresh fruite for our 40th wedding anniversary , so I am grateful for everything.

A very nice hotel located in a very convenient and less busy location. Very polite owners and staff made our single night stay memorable. Nothing to complaint about

Exceptional

The hotel is excellently maintained. Rooms are a bit small but the whole is excellent and breakfast is great and very varied. One note, it was recorded that there was air conditioning but the entire system was closed. It was warm in the room even though it was cool outside

The apartment was spectacular, the best we have had on our trip. They display 3 stars, but it should be rated higher. Spectacular breakfast included. Close parking. Close restaurants for dinner. Nothing

Fabulous family run hotel. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. They literally offered you everything! We were able to get sun beds by the pool every day despite it being peak soon and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Not much to say really. The hotel was a good 10-15 minute walk from most restaurants but the hotel provided a list and a map to help us choose so it wasn't really a problem

This is such a lovely little, family run hotel, which you can really sense during your entire experience. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Our family room was sufficient space and the mattresses were extremely comfortable, complete with balcony and aircon for those beautifully warm Tuscan nights. The pool was very relaxed, clean and offered a nice selection on the lunch menu. The absolute icing on the cake was the breakfast. There was everything on offer you could possibly wish for, healthy or indulgent options with a large selection of cereal, yoghurts, nuts, seeds, milk alternatives, pastries, cakes, croissants, an assortment of meats and cheeses, fruit, juices and lovely bread and spreads. Cooked breakfast such as pancakes, scrambled eggs, you name it, nothing was too much trouble. The coffee was just perfectly italian and I will miss my cappucino deca in the morning. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate your wishes. The beach and surrounding areas are perhaps not as picturesque as in other locations in Tuscany such as Castiglione, but it is lively enough with good restaurants and gelaterias en masse (Troppo Buono being the best out of the lot). All in all a wonderful stay for a couple of days by the beach which is only a stone throw away. I would struggle to find anything negative, to be honest. Perhaps the only thing is that the area is not as picturesque and has more of a seaside resort type of feel than romantic Tuscan charm. But it is more than suffiencient for a few nice beach days and as a good location to explore.

The breakfast was magnificent, we missed nothing. The pool and pool area is fantastic.

Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom very nice view of the mountains.I loved that there is enough parking! And is close to numeros restaurants. It would've been nice to serve drinks also, have a bar, something to do in the evening. But is not such a problem.

Lovely building in nice surroundings, obviously a few years old but impeccably kept. Pool was lovely and all the seating areas around the hotel were well kept and comfortable. Didn’t get to eat evening meal as restaurants were closed, but breakfast next morning was very good, lots of choice and would make you food eg cooked breakfast on request. Couldn’t fault it very good value xxx Nothing

room is very spacious I couldn't sleep all night because in the next room, had a party all night and music was too loud until morning I will do never make a reservation again
