The beds were the star of this stay. They were so comfortable! Easy to get in. Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast options. They accommodated a gluten free request. Wasn’t sure about parking, but it was ample across the street.

The building and the room was very good. A new construction with everything functioning very nicely. The breakfast was great with fresh products every day. Very home-like and cosy. All in all, the room was good. But it could be a lot cleaner. The covers had a smell like they were not washed recently, but the sheets were clean. And the floor could be mopped properly, which it wasn't. The responsible lady was very kind to offer me another cover and our experience was very good. But i think that when you have to sleep in a room where many people sleep, you'll feel a lot better if everything smells nicely and it's freshly cleaned.

The facility is nice and well equipped with everything needed. Elisa, who looks after breakfast in the morning and the overall cleaning of the facility was amazing!!❤️❤️Thank you for your attention and consideration! The facility has an issue with noise isolation. Room 3 and 4 in the second floor are just divided by a fake wall and one can hear everything that happens in the room next to them…. Litterally:(. Needs to be looked into. Also the main door to the structure is such that it needs to be pushed to be open and this is making a lot of noise that can be heard even on the top floor. People speaking in the hallways can be clearly heard as well even on the higher floors. This is really a down point for me because I greatly value silence and privacy.

in the de luxe suite shower not working properly for 2 days (either freezing cold or scorching hot). the owner pretended there is not enough pressure from the public water network, until on the 3d day he called a plumber and apparently fixed the issue (it was not the public network after all...); at that point we had enough and decided to leave one day in advance, the owner is refusing the refund; everything else is even worse; not one cupboard in the room; modest breakfast, all the guests ammassed in a tiny room; stone hard beds; located besides a main road, 24hrs traffic noise, cherry on the pie: very high price. never again. not ever.

Good one. No one disturb you?‍??

The room was only with the roof windows, so when was raining was not possible to open them. There was air condition- but after is too much cold. We were only a few days, if I know this, I would choose something different.

A mini fridge in the room would have been nice.

nice place, good room, lovely lady arranged breakfast. only a few rooms. good place to stay with 4yo.

Responsive stuff, easy access, super clean, tiny but cosy. Amazing service for the money!! Thank you! All was great!
