The location was perfect, just a 5 min walk to the free beach. The breakfast was delicious and such a good price! The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient. The air conditioner was so refreshing and easy to adjust. The wifi was super fast and reliable making it easy to work remotely. The rooms were soundproof as well. The bed was a bit firm for my taste.

The staff is friendly, the hotel has a lovely outside / terrace area and also a small gym. It’s easy to find a parking place nearby. The room did not feel completely clean, the decoration felt outdated, the bed was not super comfy… cost / benefit is not the best.

and when I went to bad with the kids one of the bars was with broken bade (4 Woden lines was missing)! I told that to the owners and… nothing. so disappointing.

I really enjoyed the possibillity to eat Italian way and to choose from traditional and fresh dinner options. Friendly and kind personnel, good wine, good Wi-Fi. Not much place to park a car, personnel was speaking very poor English. Marina di Massa is not a nice place for holidays. Many people, paid beaches only, lack of climate known from Tuscany's interior.

The staff are extraordinarily polite and helpful and also speaks english. Most guests seem to be older people and young familys. Not noisy at all. Just cross the road and you are at the beech!
