In bookimg.com i saw renovated rooms and hence made rhe booking. But i did not get a renovated room and i was disapppointed.

The property is beautifull. Breakfast was good, parking is very good (free). Location is not ideal, but you can reach some restaurants around by foot. Recommend staying here only if you have a car, public transport and central acess is not close for walking. The TV in my room was nice, but is was stuck on a wooden frame, had to remove it to install my Firetv. The matress was already pretty deformed, not comfortable. The worst of all was that you can not change the ventilation and AC setting in your room. You need to go to reception and ask the person to do for you. Even asking twice, it room ventilation was horrible, basically the fan was very slow and there was a sensation that the air was stopped in the room. Acustic insulation is very bad as well, you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were very nice The furniture and wardrobe were too close together so it was difficult to open the wardrobe doors.

Clean room, great breakfast. Nice pool area with a bar and music. Balcony. Bathroom looks great, good shower. Furniture is a bit outdated. Wooden or carpet floor would be better instead of cold tiles in the room. TV had error stripes on the screen. Hotel is on a main road with a hospital probably because ambulance was coming frequently.

Hotel is realy excellent. The standard of treat the guests is perfect. Breakfasts on the top floor with a lot of food are so good, that I don't have words to write about it. Just You have to try it and stay in Hotel Luna. Huge advantage is a parking lot, situated a front of the hotel. Parking is free and has a lot of space. Also there is a swimming pool with bubbles. If You want, You don't need to go to the beach, which is 500m away from the hotel. This is the best hotel in our last 3 years in Italy. Everything is fine ?

No soundproofing- we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and corridor, including alarm clock in the morning and bathroom sounds

Very smart hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Everyone was very friendly except perhaps the receptionist who perhaps could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. Similarly when we left she was somewhat dismissive, Also, the.dinner menu choices were appalling and inadequate compared to the rest of the hotel. Also, 5 euros per person was excessive for a cover charge when the food offered was not good enough! Breakfast was very good.

Lovely staff, nice pool. Parking not the best for heavy motorcycle, would be fine for a car. Internet slow in room.
