Plus side - amazing location, separate entrance for the room on the ground floor, pretty nice staff even though not all of them could speak to us, working AC and fridge (EU plug and not plugged in the outlet) in the room, comfortable for two people king size bed, shower was hot and had a good pressure, Negative side - starting from the beginning we were met with a key to the room, that was attached to the CREDIT CARD(!!!) with a sticker of our room number; the room is so small, that you can barely walk without crashing into something; only 2 out of 5 outlets for the room were EU, other 3 (2 of them next to the bed) are Italian outlets, so none of your plugs fits; bathroom was equipped with a ceiling fan that was not cleaned in years which caused some of the debree fall down on the mirror light and its cover therefore causing its rusting, so everything looked extremely dirty and not maintained at all; one of us found someone else's hair on their face after using towels for the first time; bathroom blow-dryer and AC were so dirty, that it was not safe to touch it or use it; shower doors didn't close properly (we tried), so every time someone was taking shower it was leaking huge amounts of water on the floor and it was extremely slippery and unsafe; only one button on a toilet worked; bathroom itself was really small and had absolutely no space to even hold your clothes after undressing; for some reasons double bed was made with a single(!) blanket for 2 people and extremely uncomfortable thin pillows, and the blanket was not really a blanket - it was a layered mix of bedsheet, thick blanket and a duvet cover and they were not attached together (!

- the breakfast was perfect - 5 min walk to free beach - everyday fresh towels and cleaned room - parking spot in front of the hotel - bathroom very very small - it was too loud in the evening and in the morning, because of other guests; loud music, loud talks we didn’t like that, it’s not cool for other guests!

We were travelling south and booked via the app. All good close to the beach, good room and wide choice breakfast ?

Clean towels A/C The people this whole family owns it. Gloria nice woman her sons very rude and uneducated. We had an incident with our door and frigo and ther reacted súper bad screaming at us. We felt very insecure.

Ideal location: 3 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the supermarkt/restorans. Very kind personal. Good breakfast. Sea is perfect with smooth enter (not long :)). Ideal for family and keeds. Beach with sand. Awailable free and payd beaches (~30eur/day) 40min by car to Pisa. Two little remarks: 1 Clothes Airer Dryer is not available in the room. 2 Parking place does not belongs to a room, so can be occupied by somebody else. Not easy to enter/exit parking

The breakfast was very good a little bit of everything. They served eggs on demand fresh and just the way we liked them. Some dust here and there but other then that nothing. It was a quiet room with very big balcony. Great new A/C system.

we liked the Madam and the staff it was a bit dated, needed a good look at with renovation and very pricy!! although the breakfast was ok and they didn’t overcharge us for the beers we had in the evening. But seriously 160€ for 1 night pppppfff
