It's a bit difficult to get there if you are not going by car, either you take 2 buses (second one with low frequency) from the train station and walk, or you can take a taxi.

I had a fantastic time working remotely from this hotel to escape the July/ August heat in Milano. Location could not be better. It was almost in forte dei marmi without the price tag. The quick bike ride into town with the free bikes available at the hotel was my daily highlight. The meals at the hotel were always an option. The staff went out of their way to help out with directions and attractions. The entire atmosphere was fantastic and it seems that the hotel attracts very nice people too. I was lucky to also improve my Italian as the owners made an effort to help me practice ! I definitely will be back !

Nice garden with natural shade, nice large swimming pool. The rooms are good, good beds and nice balcony. The hotel offers free bikes to go to the sea.

Exceptional

Beautiful tranquil grounds, lovely swimming pool & good, easy access to the beach. In need of updating a little. AC and TV’s didn’t work. Limited access to food at lunchtime, unless you wanted a sit down, four course lunch you had to leave the premises and go to the supermarket 20 minutes away to get food and there are no restaurants serving lunch nearby.

Breakfast was fantastic every morning! The staff was able to accommodate a last minute extension of my stay as well. Grounds beautifully kept. Lots of couples and families. Free parking on site. Quiet and surrounded by the woods/trees! Room was a good size with good storage and a mini fridge, plus a nice balcony! AC in my room did not quite perform the best, but the outdoor temperature was great. I left my windows open, but - mosquitos! Not really the issue of the hotel, it is in a beautiful setting in the woods.

, The breakfast was excellent also the swimming pool was great. The staff were amazing when our taxi did not arrive to take us to the airport the owners son and took us to the airport and he also rang the taxi firm for us and they told us they had not got a booking for us.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. A lot nicer than the photos. Pool water was on the cold side. Bikes are free and available and we're so needed. Got to go round the gorgeous area The quadruple room was very, very small. We struggled to move in the room. Also no one replies to messages. Waited months to get specific details like is there a coffee maker. I had to eventually call the property.

Clean rooms. Great pool. Helpful and professional staff. Quiet and peaceful place. Convenient and safe free parking. Tasty and inexpensive dinner. Not very big rooms, but big bathrooms. Narrow access roads, but that's the way it is in this area.

Staff were so helpful, amazingly refreshing pool and free bikes to cycle around the area which is needed. They even remembered our individual coffee orders each morning :)

The pool at the hotel was really lovely, incredibly clean and large size. We really enjoyed that there were bicycles available to use as it is a great way to explore the local area. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely rebook when in the area again.

The service was great. The owners super nice and helpful!
