Beautifull surprise at the sea. Good parking space. Staff is super friendly and most helpfull. Room was modern and quiet. Good bed We could smell the smoking on other balcony's in our room. Non smoking policy would be nice.

Very friendly Staff. Rooms were clean, nice and elegantly put together. Dinner quality was very good! Overall very recommendable. Prime location and has all the facilities you need for an easy no fussy and quality for money stay

Location couldn’t be better. We loved it! Pool area was very nice. View from the room and bathroom was very relaxing. The opportunity to borrow a bicycle for 1 hour or rent it for half or the whole day. Very small room, but enough for 1-2 nights. There was empty cola and empty water bottle in our room’s refrigerator at the day we arrived. Shower should be cleaned better.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for 8 days, and we loved every bit of it! The hotel is surrounded by a huge garten with a swimming pool and has a parking to allow all guests safe parking! The Swimming pool was always very clean as well as the rooms! You can very easily rent hotel bikes to move around to complete the experience! The staff was always beyond friendly left no wishes open! They really went above and beyond to make sure all our wishes are fulfilled! And the best of it they do it with a genuine smile on their faces! You get the feeling that they are enjoying what they do! Our stay had also dinner included snd that was the icing on the cake! 4 Course Italian cousin with 5 Star food every evening cant be bet! So if you want to live your Italian dream at least for some short time do not hesitate to book this hotel! No what so ever!

Everything really! Alessandro at reception was fantastic and so kind to us! The gardens and pool are wonderful! The room with balcony was perfect and very comfortable and the breakfast was great! We were so happy we found this lovely hotel and will return! There’s nothing I can say that I disliked except not having my swim suit with me to be able to enjoy the gorgeous pool!

Hotel Villa Elsa Five star facilities and service - would recommend staying here. A tranquil space to escape the bustle of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. We stayed in room 103 which overlooks the garden and pool with glimpses of the sea. A great room with waterfall shower, balcony, comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning and soundproofing. We opted to hangout around the lovely, clean & refreshing pool instead of frequenting one of the many beach clubs that line the shore. We really enjoyed being able to hire the hotel bikes to cycle around. We had the set dinner menu at the hotel and ate delicious seafood and meat accompanied by some local wine. The hotel is well cared for and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Although a lot of places closing up for the season, the weather was glorious and our stay in Italy was just what we needed and we found enough to do.

Absolutely renovated hotel, realy not 3 stars, but 4.5, brekfest very good, free parking, big and green territory, room maybe little small, but all furniture is new, very good reastaurant
