My kids wife and me loved it because it had a pool right for kids and the arcade was amazing would of love a little more games but everything was perfect and we will come back again

One of the best hotel breakfasts. Our family looked forward to finding out what the eggs of the day were every day

Decent hotel

We had a great stay here! The bathroom was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel bathroom I e been in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A very full breakfast was included, which was great. The hotel can get busy on the weekends so you need to arrive at breakfast early because there can be long lines. Otherwise, refrigerator and microwave in room; bathroom and room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating as well. I would stay there again!

Beautiful facility, awesome staff, and the absolute BEST breakfast you will ever have at a hotel. (And it's free!) Overall very impressive, highly recommend.

Great. No problems

My biggest disappointment was the hotel’s lack of compassion and customer service. The staff was curt, dismissive, and unwilling to help or even discuss my situation. I was simply told that a refund was “not their problem” and referred back to Expedia. Expedia then directed me back to the hotel, leaving me stuck in an endless loop with no resolution. Despite having a legitimate medical emergency, I was still charged for the night’s stay. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but I also believe exceptional circumstances deserve empathy and reasonable customer service. Instead, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of concern. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this property. The way they handled a guest facing a medical emergency was extremely disappointing.

you. Booked another hotel close by. Only saving grace was the bartender with the mustache at All Stars Grill. He was top notch in helping us get food and was the lone bright spot. Property needs some upgrades. There are 5 or so elevators yet they go so slow and one was broken. No problem taking the stairs but was told I was on the 5th floor and it’s not advised to take them and I should just be patient. Direct quote. Anyways, I’d go elsewhere

Bathroom ceiling had water pouring in had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night with kids. They only offered $100 off and manager didn’t seem concerned with the leak. It was not worth the stay or the money. Terrible experience.

Weather we are on vacation or staying here for work related things we have never had a problem. The room is always clean and the employees are always on top of things. Breakfast is fun . The employees keep everything full and clean. They great us like family. We stay here a few times a year.MeLinda always goes out of her way to make each stay a happy one.

Best Western has not disappointed me. This is a second hotel I booked in the Best Western in a different location.
