The hotel lobby is updated, the staff extremely friendly, my room was clean and free parking onsite.

Room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Hot food was actually hot. N/A

Very convenient

Clean and spacious. Inclusive breakfast. AC wasn’t working properly. Upon early check in, the room had a musty/smoke smell so we asked to change room. 2nd room was better so we just left our luggage and left for our concert. When we returned late at night, and turned on the ac…. It was blowing air on and off but cooling the room very slowly. We thought it would continue to cool down but it didn’t. While sleeping, the room felt hotter and hotter. We had a room for 6 people, and it was hot and humid outside, like 90+ degrees. But the room wasn’t very cool at all. Upon check out, it told the front desk person to have it checked out by engineers.

Rooms are clean. Very well kept and comfortable. Breakfast included with stay. Parking is free, great location to Apex, shopping plazas and restaurant. The gym and pool area very clean.

Convenient location, nice breakfast included,friendly staff,clean and comfortable room. Only one suggestion. We were in an accessible room. Upon entry the shade on the large picture window was only 2/3 down. We could not figure out how to close it. We asked the staff and surprisingly it works by a remote switch which was located way over at the door entrance. Instructions should be left and/or a sign to inform folks or the switch should be nearby the window itself.

Breakfast wasn’t anything special. The employees could have been more welcoming. Those two things aside, the hotel is fantastic. Very clean, very well maintained, and modern. Located in a great spot with lots to do nearby.

The AC was not working in the last day , the breakfast should include more cause we didnt have de chance to eat a lot .

It was clean, claning ladues were very nice. The breakast was right on time and it was good. The older staff and the ladies were very nice. The hotel its location is super good. So many restaurants and shops near. The night staff was not helpfull. We were awake till 4am because one of the dryers did not work. The wifi did not work at all. The first night at the hotel the curtain did not go down. And the night artending was like. I can't come see there is nothing I can do.

Very clean rooms were perfect and staff was really nice. Wish they had more than 1 washer.

The Hyatt was very clean, comfortable, the breakfast was great with a goid variety.

Big hotel. Very nice on the inside. Room was a good size. But not a family place. The evening/night shift employees were very young and unhelpful. There were no carts to bring luggage to the room. I had to make multiple trips through the lobby up to the elevator. Not once did they say hey if you park around the side there is a door that leads directly to the elevator. Nope! No basic conversation. They didn't even tell me when breakfast was served or where. Usually it's part of the introduction when checking in. Solo or couples have at it. But if it's a family and you have alot of bags and a pack and play. Think again.

Loved the location. Plenty of shops and restaurant nearby Nothing.
