La Brillante

Excellent place with excellent location, staff and location. I recommend this place to everyone. I liked everything.

This little jewel was worth the money. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit. It will be my go to when in Marrakech. La Brillant était excellente. Je vais revenir tôt. Je aurais dû rester plus longtemps.

What made the stay special was the hospitality. The host treated us extremely well from the moment we arrived, helped with recommendations, and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the guests. Great service, beautiful place, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Would gladly stay here again.

Everything was top level. The room, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail. The hotel/Dar feels more luxurious than many 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall boutique experience felt exclusive and personal. Truly a beautiful place. The room became quite warm, and unfortunately there was no air conditioning or fridge, so water and drinks got warm quickly. This was the only downside.

We vi loved our room it was large with a sitting area, huge bath tub, comfy bed, just off the pool. We had a lovely meal. They also decorated our room and left some lovely gifts for our anniversary. Very thoughtful!

It was amazing The location of the property

The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh fruits and lovely bread a thoughtful presentation. The accommodation was spotless, modern, and offered a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere – we felt completely at home.

Both pools take forever to take your order (it was not busy) Food poisoning, nothing to make up for it Value for the Price is not ok

It’s in d Medina and very close to major attractions. It’s also so beautiful and relaxing. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful and clean. It had a lovely smell from when you entered the property . The staff were also all very very helpful with all of our requests . The food was delivered Nothing at all

Unbelievable experience. The whole environment, from the staff to the room and overall position of the riad. Only that I wasn’t able to stay for longer!

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by Mohammed and served traditional Moroccan tea and sweet cakes. The hotel had arranged our transfer from the airport and the taxi driver was in the waiting area immediately as we walked out of the airport and before the very busy section where every other taxi was, so we had been relieved he was easy to find. The hotel is in an excellent location, we found if you turn left out of the hotel and then right, you enter the perfect street to lead you down into the medina. We were close to restaurants to have dinner at night and felt safe walking in the immediate area. Mohammed was extremely helpful, one night he walked us to a restaurant around the corner, he arranged taxis for us and arranged a pool day at another hotel. The breakfast was pleasant and served fruit, yogurt, traditional Moroccan pancakes and eggs cooked to your liking. The room was very clean and the temperature was to our liking. We liked being in town and being able to walk straight into the medina from the hotel. The only thing we found disappointing was the lovely loungers on the rooftop did not get any direct sun when we were there in February. Whilst this is not the hotels fault, it meant we couldn’t come back to the hotel and sunbathe in the afternoons. We did however sit on the sofas in the sun on the rooftop and the staff didn’t seem to mind. We booked a pool day pass at one of the larger out of town hotels to get our sun fix. We were also surprised to realise the hotel did not serve any alcohol, this did not bother us too much but might be a disappointment for others.

Superb hotel with 6 rooms. In the style of a riad. A pool and hot tub on the ground floor and roof top bar (no alcohol) The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, shower pressure was low but acceptable. Restaurant is on the ground floor and seats 12 people. We had one evening meal and it was excellent. Although they do not sell alcohol you are permitted to bring your own and they will supply glasses , ice and pour for you. Breakfast was served in the same room. Lovely pastries, cheeses and cold meats eggs cooked to order. Excellent coffee. The staff are superb, they provide exceptional service. From Mr Mohammed the Manager to Mustafa the trainee, all are exceptional. Low shower pressure. Cockroach in bathroom

Fabulous location, beautifully clean and the staff were incredible. Mohammed was the perfect host and manager. We had a couples Hammam which was superb and to be recommended. Room quality was to a very high standard also, and despite the noise of the city, was silent and we slept well. Breakfast also to an excellent standard - pastries, preserves, eggs and pancakes.
