Great location, wonderful rooftop, amazing start.

The property was beautiful and clean and the staff were great! They even prepared for us a breakfast to go when we had an early tour. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop views of the Medina were great. It was super close to the Medina so shopping until late at night was great, just a quick walk to our riad. The streets to get there aren't the cleanest but that's not the riad's fault, just be prepared. Also, if you're getting there in a taxi just know that they aren't allowed in the Medina during business hours so you're dropped off pretty far from the riad. It would be great to have cash with you so you can pay someone on the street to transport your luggage to the riad. They all show up from everywhere as soon as they see you with your luggage. The beds weren't the most comfortable.

WE loved this property, the staff and the location. Everything about this Riad is wonderful. It is located in the heart of the Souks, in a very safe area that many in our group felt very comfortable stepping out on their own. Special shout out to Mohammed upstairs serving breakfast and dinner. Mohammed is a dream, my husband loved Mohammed and the extra care he gave him. The staff all around was wonderful. Our rooms were spacious and so very clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the Riad and enjoyed our meals

Location was easy to get to and very convenient within the Medina. Breakfast was lovely up on the rooftop terrace. Room was spacious and clean.

Staff was very helpful and it was in a very central, safe location close to Jemaa al-Fna. It feels safe to walk to at night. Great coffee at breakfast. Terrace has a great view of the Jemaa al-Fna. The room was incredibly small, the smallest we saw in all of Marrakech. There wasn’t enough space to open our luggage - smaller than any room we had stayed in Japan. Breakfast was good but with very little options. Door and windows feel unsafe and as if they can be easily opened. Curtains on windows don’t cover the whole window, so people walking by could see into the room and vice versa. A bird was in the building in the morning and the sound carried heavily into the room, making it difficult to sleep. Sound was generally carrying a lot, not a lot of privacy.

I want to thank entire staff Mohamed, Abdullah, Hassan, Yousef, Marina, Sauad, Lamsa, Hanna, Chaima (I think I got everyone) for a wonderful stay. Everyone was kind, flexible, helpful and very hospitable. From the beginning at check in when we were offered tea and coffee and luggage hold until our rooms were ready, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Our rooms were gorgeous, clean and had adequate space. The bathrooms could do with a little update, but they were spacious and clean

The location was close to the main square, breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly and available The room was a bit small

It took me a while to find the hotel but I honestly love the location. it was right in the square and getting places was easy! the entire staff was o nice and accommodating. would definitely stay here again.
-
Loved the breakfast on the roof- And the beautiful smell as you entered the hotel.
-
Extremely friendly staff, always answered all of our questions and helped out as much as possible. They gave us recommendations, directions, and great overall care. Thank you!! The only singular thing to mention is that the walls are thin and doors do not close all the way so it was easy to hear people outside any room

This riad was quiet and comfortable. It was a little hard to find at first, but locals were happy to help me get there. I loved the breakfast, and the view overlooking the market was amazing.

Amazing location and exceptional staff, always a pleasure to be in this Riad

The staff was very kind and helpful. They cleaned the rooms spotless! Great location and the spa attached was perfect. We loved the rooftop for breakfast and the couches to lounge on during the day. The room was a little bit smaller than we imagined.

For us, location was the best feature. The rooftop space has a great view over the square and skyline, seeing the mountains in the distance. My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing sunset here separated from the chaos that is Marrakech down below. You are just steps away from the main square and all the souqs, yet when you are inside the riad, it is calm and peaceful. Our welcome was good with an explanation of the area and welcome treat. We asked for recommendations on great couscous nearby (since we were finishing our 4-day stay and had yet to eat couscous) and one of the restaurants suggested we went to, and it was spot on, so thank you! We enjoyed doing the traditional hammam, though the space is a bit small. Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice. They arranged transport back to the airport for our departure, which was a great help. The robe and towels were stained and could afford to be replaced. Cost/value was not quite as good as another riad we stayed at in Marrakech. Room is small, but I think that is common for riads in Marrakech.

Location was good! Center of everything. A lot smaller than expected and you can hear everything and everyone.

They gave me a room near to reception it was always noise we could not have a proper nap in the afternoon Worker kept shouting and yelling

The property was clean and comfortable. Rooms were a bit small but we didn’t mind
