I liked the hospitable and helpful staff, amazing breakfast, clean and quite room! I also liked fact that the staff made excellent recommendations for dining and excursions which I thoroughly enjoyed all of it! The riadnana is the place to be to experience the joy of being immersed in a new culture of friendly people, community, family, and business. I would stay here again and recommend others as well! NA

Location! It has immediate access to the main square and shopping area. Nothing really. The room is small but clean. The AC worked. It felt safe as well.

Centrally located, very reasonably priced, beautifully clean and comfortable, staff are very nice and they will give you a great breakfast to go if you have to leave early in the morning

We really enjoyed our visit and the staff were so very helpful. We ran into a lot of trouble when I left my carrying case in the taxi from the airport. It had my computer, but most importantly - our passports. The front desk staff called the manager (Bada) who then tracked down the taxi driver (using our receipt) and arranged for me to meet him where he had dropped us off. It all worked! I was so amazed at how they were able to go above and beyond in helping us in this dire situation. It was such a pleasant stay for us and the hotel is right beside the Medina Market with is teeming with exciting things to do and see, great food too! No complaints whatsoever.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The rooms are nicely decorated. You really get the feeling that you are in Morocco. Breakfast was a bit simple although the pancake was good.

Reasonable price and clean room among this class hotels although it is a bit old fasioned. Good location ( very close to Djamaa el Fna Plaza ). The reception staff was kind to wait for my check-in until 01:30a.m. due to my flight delay. Cleaned two shared shower rooms and two toilets which are enough for one floor. Some additional commission will be required if you pay by credit card. ( 10 Euro or 10 dh. I don't remember it exactly and I paid it by cash. ) No elevator, only stairs.

Very good location! Good value and nice breakfast. The share toilet / shower room is really bad. Rooms are so run down.
