The staff were helpful I forgot my charger and when I asked the receptionist he gave me his charger , the place was amazing in the centre of the city The room was old and not really clean plus no slippers
-
The location is very convenient everything is close, very clean

Very good Location and a very friendly Staff. The room where nothing like in the pictures and we had problems with the internet and the electricity

Great location, good value for money and clean altough the standard and the facilities are a bit older. Surprisingly quite for being right next to the main square. At this price point, I can't find anything to complain about. It could be more modern, better beds, private bathroom - but you need to be realistic when it's so cheap :)

location was great, in the souk, good restaurants nearby, the staff is really kind and welcoming guys... you will not be able to sleep well because the window leads to the street and the streets of the moroccan souk are always crazy; there are always men passing by, loud conversations and you can hear everything, my friend barely slept while i fully couldnt. its is such a shame because evrything else is really nice :/

Great location, great vibe, great staff.

Great place! good location and a pretty riad. The team was super accomodating and made sure our stay was as pleasent as possible even after uncontrolled hiccups.

I loved the location, workers, and just about everything about it. The workers at the front desk were very helpful and there was always someone there so I felt very safe. My only complaint is that the bathroom door was difficult to open/close

It was in a great location, and was a pretty place to stay! Staff was very nice and helpful! It wasn’t the nicest and was pretty loud at night, but that also is because of the location. The heater also didn’t do much, we were freezing and would’ve not slept without the extra blanket.

-

The property was in an excellent location. While my stay was good and the front desk staff were friendly, the photos of the property did not accurately represent the condition of the property as of today. Perhaps the hotel looked like this at one time but I can assure you that it does not today. The towels were dingy, the single torn blanket on the bed smelled like woman’s perfume and the general condition of the room was not as depicted in the photos. I wanted a more traditional stay in the Medina area versus staying at a high end hotel miles away.

Airport transfer never showed up even after it was confirmed multiple times, room was not ready when I was told it would be, never even saw the rooms or supposed riad, we cancelled our reservation and found a different riad.
