Close to the jmaa fna The provided room was extremely small 7 sq/m it was facing the street and since it was 30 plus degrees we had to open the windows so that the mosquitoes were in the room and the constant noise from the passing people shouting and the clinic personnel night our nightmare. The breakfast was extremely basic.

The location is perfect!

The room was super dark, the lightbulb was right above the fan, so anytime we turned both on, we could see the fan shadow in the room which makes you feel dizzy, the room it’s super dark even though you have the light on. The bathroom itself a shared bathroom and it’s really tiny plus it gets all wet whenever someone takes a shower, rooftop doesn’t have lighting either. The room was really really cheap but I rather pay a bit extra and be comfortable even if it’s just a room I’ll go just to sleep in

Excellent location right by the main square in the Medina, and quiet at night so you can sleep. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Would recommend for a few nights stay in Marrakech. The breakfast was a bit lacklustre, could easily be better.

Water was not hot enough. Breakfast was alright. Probably more suitable for bag packers

Great hotel near Jaama El Fna

The Staff was great and excellent location. The hotel in itself not so good and the breakfast below average.

The breakfast was very poor with very limited options, we barely ate anything while we were there. The biggest positive is definitely the location. If you just need a place to sleep quickly and don’t care much about comfort, then this can be an okay choice.

The location was great - a few minutes walk to Jema al Fna yet surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious and the staff were helpful. We ended up staying here the night we arrived in Marrakesh and again our last night before the flight home. It's very close to the Alsa bus stop, so super convenient! Would have been nice to have a tea kettle in the room, but there are plenty of places for tea/coffee nearby.

Location location location A little noisy from guests talking in courtyard. Being asked if I wanted to buy hashish every time I walk down the street to get to the Riad.
