We had an amazing time at this riad! The rooms were gorgeous, staff were helpful and the cleanliness was perfect. On the first night we arrived there was a problem with the door on our room, so Soulaiman was extremely helpful and efficiently moved us to another room for the night with no delays or issues. He was also very kind in helping us with our broken case. It was my partners birthday while we were there so Soumaya organised getting decorations and a cake free of charge for the celebrations. It helped make our stay and we are super thankful! Soulaiman, Soumaya, and the rest of the staff were great and this riad is a perfect place to stay if you're looking to spend time in the Medina. There was nothing major at all as this is a great place! I would say the flies at breakfast were a little annoying but I think that is just maybe a seasonal thing. The showers could be bigger but the bathrooms themselves are lovely. No real complaints! I loved.

The property was ideally located enabling us to reach by walk all the major sites to be discovered in Marrakech as well as the various souks and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We felt secure all along thanks to a controlled access to the Riad. Also there is a spa at the underground level and we were able to be initiated to the hamman . It was a wonderful experience not to be missed. And if you don’t feel like going out for dinner you can eat on site at the rooftop restaurant: the menu is short meaning that is fresh and cooked on demand. Also the breakfast was really good, with some variation over the day helping not feeling bored . The picture of the pool is deceptive giving the impression that it is bigger than it actually is. But you are not in Marrakech to spend all day on a lounge chair.

Friendly staff, good location central in medina, good spa / hamam A noisy, asking to turn music off daily and asking staff to be quiet after 22:00

The property is located just a few minutes from Jema el-Fnaa and is also tucked into a quiet part a few turns away. It’s close to food and shopping and not too difficult to find. I was encouraged by the very friendly and helpful Soulaimane to take my tea as a welcome on top of the beautiful rooftop terrace after my check in. The staff were friendly and helpful with my requests. They helped me arrange a transfer from the riad to the airport at 330am. I was escorted through the souks to the street by a staff member and picked up by a private vehicle and taken to the airport which was all arranged by the manager Issam. Not much to dislike about the property. Honestly, everything was wonderful and better than the other riad I had stayed out a few days prior.

Staff were outstanding. Issam and the rest of the team were friendly dedicated to our comfort and needs. Rooftop restaurant is very pleasant with great breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. It is located quite far from the nearest vehicle drop-off, so at first it is a little challenging to get to, but once you’re settled, you’re in the middle of the Medina and very close to all the action (but peaceful and quiet once inside). Bathroom was small (not unusual in Morocco in our experience). Room itself also small. No elevator. These did not matter much to us, but could be important for some people. On one of our two nights, there were rooftop restaurant guests late in the evening, and when they moved their chairs, it created loud noises in our room. I think this probably happens for only about two out of about 12 rooms, but you may want to inquire about this if you like to get to sleep early. (It should be noted that when we told front desk staff about this, they stopped the noise promptly and nicely).

From the moment we stepped into the beautiful Riad, we knew it was going to be a fantastic experience. Housni, Issame, and the entire staff were the absolute best! From restaurant recommendations, to helping us navigate the city, they helped us at every turn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we had tea and cookies any time we wished and the breakfast was delicious- wish beautiful views! Don’t forget to book your spa treatments!! We had the best Hammam spa & massage experience as a couple… We LOVED the property!!
