El recepcionista era muy insistente con que realicemos sus actividades así como que adquiriéramos sus servicios

Hotel, if it was really hotel, was very awful. We could not sleep as the room was near street and all noise of people and motorbike was inside the room. Check-in time was 15:00 and we reached at 16:00. However the room was not ready, there were no covers of pillows and towels. After complaning, they brought. Therr were no shampoo and they insisted that it should be brought by ourselves. Additionally there was only one drop liquid soap inside the bottle and when we asked new one, we got no reply. I strongly recommend that do not stay there if you do not want to challange as you will not able to sleep and rest. I gave 1 point to the hotel due to location and night time guy, even the hotel deserves nothing.

They do not have their Whatsapp number. I faced an issue finding the location of the hotel.

The location Everything. First, had to wait for the taxi they had arranged for more than one hour at the airport, even if was in contact all the time it was very late... They could have just be honest not to sugar coat it, just please wait 5 more minutes... Then we arrive, and the room with no windows outside, just a small one up but to the hallway. The light bulb in the room was defective, and even with the light switch off, it was still on!!! In the bathroom, no running hot water, or any water, just drops coming out... no soap, no towel, no toilet paper. Went and asked for a new room, said they have only the next day but the new room they gave in the morning was the same or worst, can'tdecide. There is no discount for the wasted time and bad conditions. The bathroom was literally falling apart, and the noise was just unbearable. Plus, they close the door around 1 am. without telling!!! Forced bedtime in a hotel is the first time I see such a thing. To be avoided..

I really appreciate the experience as the first time, the stuff were very friendly and welcoming. I really recommend this place for anyone coming to spend some days in Marrakech.

Location. 2 min walk to Jemaa el-Fna. Wifi. Attentive and polite staff at reception. Toilet/shower combo result in wet floors. Recommend bringing waterproof slippers to use in toilet. Room looks dated.

It has a wonderful terrace where everyone can see all buildings, the blue sky while enjoying the sunshine. There is a very professional and friendly lady who cleans everything all the time. She is very polite and helpful. If you ask her for anything needed, such as towels and bed covers, she is happy and kind to help. She knows how to treat hosts with respect and professionality. She maintains Moroccan reputation at a high level without anything interest. I think she is specifically trained to do so. Many thanks to all daryussef 114 team. . I didn't like one bathroom, which is located on the last floor above. It's extremely basic, very dark, and without hygiene papers( toilet papers) as well as hand dryer and hand, soap. In addition, some rooms on the last floor above need painting.

In the centre of the city. And cheap. The room we stayed in had zero ventilation so was very stuffy.
