Baglio il Giovinetto

We stayed for 5 days, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. It’s been a long time since we’ve felt so cozy and cared for in a hotel. The hosts made our experience wonderful—always attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything, and offering great recommendations on places to visit. Nothing ever felt forced; their kindness was genuinely heartfelt. The location is perfect: peaceful and charming, yet close to the kitesurfing spot for those interested. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily—we always returned from the beach to a fresh and tidy space. I would gladly return again and again! Nothing to say!

Baglio il Giovinetto is surrounded by fields and is located around 3km drive from a main road, zigzagging around fields and only a few other buildings. This beautiful house/villa is therefore set in such a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area which is so relaxing. We stayed 4 nights and had free parking inside the villa's grounds and the hosts are so welcoming and really lovely and helpful. We booked the room with verandah and that was an extra bonus as we could relax in the verandah and watch the sunrise and the sunset, plus we had a beautiful serene view. The room, and all the villa, was really clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, complete with fresh local fruit (Kaki from their own garden!) and bread and delicious fresh pastries. The location was very convenient for us since with the car it was only a few minutes drive to the centre, the saltpans and to the seaside, where there are plenty of restaurants, plus Baglio il Giovinetto's location is central and therefore we could drive and visit nearby places like Trapani, Erice and even San Vito Lo Capo. We definitely recommend Baglio il Giovinetto for anyone travelling with their car. Beautiful villa set in quiet serene surroundings, hosted by a wonderful couple. Amazing!! Not easy to locate/reach unless you have a car (& GPS), especially at night as some lanes around the fields are not lit.

Quaint BB on beautiful farm property. Hosts we're exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast complete with fresh fruit. Nothing negative!. Although property is set in, just need to follow the many signs along the way

Perfect place to stay if visiting Trapani and Marsala. Only 10 minute drive from the airport. Excellent breakfast with home made pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice. In a quiet area away from main road Nothing

It was very nice stay, the family welcomed us very nicely and recommended us great restaurant. The bedroom was very nice, clean and comfortable, the breakfast were great! We had excellent juice from fresh oranges. Unfortunately we stayed only for one night, thats why we would like to visit this area and definitely we will choose this house to stay :)

Super friendly and welcoming staff, great location (11 minute drive to the airport), beautiful building, was very happy with our stay there - would recommend to anyone checking out this area of Sicily

Very clean and very well maintained. Peaceful countryside surroundings. Hosts did their best to make us feel at home. Good breakfast. Centrally located to visit highlights in Trapani region. It is not ideal for those who are not driving. Yea and coffee making facilities in the room are not available

Very, very friendly owners - we felt like we were part of family, so well taken care of. Very helpful with advice, directions as well. Very good breakfasts, tasty and generous - could last until supper while kitesurfing all day :) Very nice sea view from balcony. Nothing particular.

The beauty and the clam of the place. The warmth of the tenants and the welcoming. The garden, the fruits’s trees. Anna Maria who help me with a special diet and the joviality of Giovanetto, his way to be understood. The breakfast is generous, plenty of cheese, fruits cake and pastry. Hospitality was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good.

The location was beautiful and quiet. It felt wonderful to be out in the countryside. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious. We were the only guests there and the hosts were very friendly, asking us if there was anything we needed and giving us tips - all this using Google translate since our Italian is almost non existent and their English was also a bit basic. The pastries for breakfast were freshly baked! The mattress was a tad soft for my tastes. Otherwise nothing!

Really calm place, not far away from the airport. Good choise to stay before early flight. Big parking area, where You will find a place for your car. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Not a lot to do around in the village. Not the nicest road to the apparment, a lot of garbages.

Good location for trips to Marsala, Agrigento and Erice which is must to see. Very welcome hosts. Great accomodation and very clean. Quality sleep. Good breakfast. We will come back again. Nothing really that could be bother us. On one day we had bad weather.

warm welcoming owners, beautiful place nothing

All the staff was very nice, especially Benedetto is a very caring, humorous, and helpful landlord. The room was big enough, the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juice from homegrown oranges.. It was a bit cold in the night. (Under the blanket it was fine, though..)

In the first place, the homeliness and friendliness of the owner of the accommodation. The rooms are clean and ours had a beautiful view. The location is away from the traffic and a great starting point for surfers and kiters. The owner does not speak English, but skillfully uses google translate. Everything was super.
