It has potential to be really nice, especially with the surrounding vineyards. Great breakfast. Staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. They gave us the wrong room with many problems (mosquito infestation, broken toilet, wrong number of beds etc) and only moved us to the right room after we complained to booking.com. Also for the 5 star price, the facilities are minimal, with just a pool. I was shocked at the way we were treated when we had really reasonable requests. Would absolutely not recommend.

Everything. Staff first, pool, views, food, gardens, location, service. An exceptional hotel. We recommend it highly and plan to return and stay longer. Thank you to the staff and particularly to Paolo at the reception and Giacomo the somelier Nothing

Property is beautiful Food is not good here and no other options in the area. Pool was quite cold

Pool was heated - nice feature at then end of the season with colder weather. The view was great all the way out to the coastline. Some might view the interior decoration as outdated but overall everything functioned well. Lunch experience was rather bland and expensive, but the expense is to be expected at a resort of this size and quality. Breakfast however was a full spread with everything you could think of and did not disappoint.

The facilities were beautiful. The pool was spectacular. Two many flies, bees outside .

It was like traveling in time with a beautiful Sicilian country vibe . The restaurant was not so good, pricy considering the quality of the dishes

Beautiful historic house and complex. Very comfortable and clean rooms tastefully redecorated. Several excellent outdoor areas to relax in. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Amazing views of the sea and Egadi islands from the terraces and pool deck. Winery tasting tour. 5-star dining was also excellent one night. Beautiful, quiet place for a couples stay, or just a place to relax and indulge yourself.

Property was very nice, lovely pool, beautiful views of Egadi islands situated Near Marsala, Trapani and Erice good base for daily trips. Magnificent breakfast huge choice eggs cooked to your liking, cereals, fruits, breads, cold meats, cheese and a fabulous selection of cakes. Their wines are lovely, wine tasting was verify informative by their sommelier Giacomo. Nothing

There wasn't much isolation between the main door and the hall. You could hear it when someone closed their door.
