Everything!!! Daisy and her family and the amazing lady working in the evening, were like friends welcoming friends into their home. My gluten free farher loved his breakfast, Daisy ensured that there was no cross contamination which is huge for a lot of people. The welcome Marsala wine is a lovely gesture too. Ample parking, great spacious apartment with all mod cons in the kitchen and bedrooms and the shower had perfect pressure unlike other places. Great pool and garden area with little entrainment things here and there (swings, foosball). Good selection of wine and spirits behind the bar. And recommendations from Daisy! I had to get a bottle opener from the reception bar hahaha the one thing missing in the kitchen ? I swear this is it, the place is perfect!

The hospitality of the owners is beyond exceptional—they went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect and that I felt truly welcome and comfortable. Whether it was offering great local tips or simply having a nice chat, they always made time and showed genuine care. It’s hard to put into words the good vibes and warm atmosphere they create—you really have to come here and experience it for yourself. The place has a special charm that makes you feel at home from the very first moment.

Dedication to the guest. Fresh breakfast and very good coffee. Unfortunately we did not have time to go to swimming poole. Nothing negative.

Wonderful setting. The owners are very helpful and considerate. Nice elevator for luggage and beautiful views from balcony.We had our small dog and there were nice areas for him to relieve himself. It was a little difficult to find and the streets were tight.

The room was beautiful and very clean. When we arrived the owner upgraded us with a large balcony room.the customer service was the best we ever experienced. As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed. We also were informed of all the different attraction the city offered. We were given advice on where to go. We enjoyed our stay so very much.

Very warm welcome on arrival and we were given lots of information about the area and getting around. We even got a welcome drink and a room upgrade which was lovely! The team was so friendly and extremely helpful. We don't speak very good Italian and so the staff helped us arrange taxis and dinner (we don't drive unfortunately). Our room was exceptionally clean and even had a mini bar which was handy. Very good prices too! It was also nice having a pool for those lazy days which was very quiet most of the time. I can't thank the team enough for their wonderful service and how helpful they were. Nothing was too much trouble and you made our stay that extra bit special! few barking dogs in the area, but not the hotels fault.

Good hotel. Very friendly staff. Definitely need a car. The presence of a swimming pool adds to the appeal. Nothing.

Very nice and clean hotel. My wife absolutely fell in love with this place. So cosy and homely, she said. I must agree and Im sure this was only our first visit ? Nothing! Only regret is that our stay was so short.

Hosts were welcoming, the a/c in bedroom and apartment were nice and cold. Rooms exceptionally clean. Large bedroom and comfortable bed . The kitchen/dining area looked like it had supplies though we did not use it. When checking in the owner provided detailed information for around the town. There was a pool though didn’t use it but looked lovely and clean. Parking right in front of the accommodation. Delicious and varied breakfast. Nothing

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and clean, and the pool was excellent. This is the place to stay for ones looking for good value for their money.

Looks like a recently renovated hotel, family operated. Rooms are clean and can compete with any other newish Western European hotel room. Staff was exceptionally kind, great pool area. The corridors can be noisy, the doors doesn't filter anything. Nothing to be concerned about.

This was our second stay at rainbow resort as we loved it the first time we stayed a few years ago. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is a family fun buissness and all the hosts were so friendly and polite. They speak English as well which always helps. We got a room upgrade which was really spacious with a balcony. The only thing we didn't like was the noise. The way the hotel is built is quiet open so the noise travels quite a bit dogs barking, doors opening just nosie like that.

Firstly the lovely welcoming owners , comfort and cleanliness of facilities.the location close to eateries and everything we wanted to see or do.Daisy was better than a tourist centre with lots of great information she helped shape our holiday.the parking was free and secure.Grest breakfast to get you going. I highly recommend a stay here. Nothing All great..
