Al Vecchio Pontile Vista Mare

La posizione è bellissima, con una splendida vista mare e letteralmente a venti metri dall'acqua. Ogni mattina ci aspettava una colazione varia e deliziosa, preparata con amore dal super ospitale Giovanni, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente proprio qui!

The place was very clean, the bed linens smelled amazing, and both the room and bathroom were very spacious. Gio and his family are excellent hosts, and the breakfast was top-notch! It’s a shame we only stayed one night — next time we’ll definitely stay longer! Nothing

Great location with a sea view, very spacious rooms, breakfast in the yard, very warm and friendly host. Great location if you want to do kitesurfing in a less crowded beach. Bicycles for guests - nice to take ride to nearby bars and restaurants. The place was great but you do need a car to get there. Wifi was not the best but with a view like that who needs internet anyway :)

Beautiful sea view, breakfast more than enough for 2 persons and each time different. Breakfast with typical Sicilian food. Beds are confortable. Shower is really small 1 square meter, room smelled bad

This villa is a gem by the sea. When we arrived from the airport,it was windy and the kite surfers were having a ball. Giovanni our host sent us a video for self check-in and the place was easy to find. The room was spotless. We had some exploring to do and came back late in the evening. The car parking on the premises was a blessing. The next morning we woke up early and I opened the balcony onto the most peaceful sight ever... The sea shone like a mirror and the pier , little boats tied up, it was so serene! We took a walk towards the salt mills and the salt pans, met some lovely people on the way. ....and then the greatest surprise of all.... Giovanni presented us with the freshest breakfast ever, fresh from the bakery, calzone and panini con panelle, and fresh watermelon and goodies from the pasticceria. A breakfast served with love from the heart. After a relaxing night in the most comfy bed and pillows with fresh linen, this breakfast was the cherry on the cake! Giovanni made contact ahead of our arrival and asked for allergies. That was very thoughtful from the host. We will definitely return when we will need to unwind. It felt like paradise and an easy 17 minute trip by car from Trapani airport! Well done Giovanni and thank you for hosting us! Everything was super, even the gardens!

fantastic host, a real Italian doesn't worry about anything and the breakfast is very nice. Cross the street in the morning and you can go swimming in the sea b&b is showing its age but the rooms are spacious

The house is right on the ocean and windsurfing area. Right next to the saline ponds. It's a great place to stay!

The guesthouse is the perfect place to take some rest from the city life and enjoy some quite days by the sea and in nature. From the room you have a beautiful view towards the Bay Area with some fishing boats and kite surfers enjoying the water. The breakfast was delicious. Internet works great, and you can even sit in the big garden by the olive trees to get some work done. The kitchen and appliances is accessible even if the hosts are not there. All in all a perfect spot I would love to return to. I wish I would have had more time to stay longer and actually try out one of the kite schools around the guesthouse!

Very kind hosts who gave us useful tips about the surroundings. The location is spectacular, right next to Stagnone Nature Reserve and Marsala sunset. There is also secured parking in the yard. Breakfast was average. The rooms are old, especially the bathroom, which smelled of sewage.

Amazing location next to the sea and a kite surf center. Giovanni is a top host, giving lots of infos on the area, the breakfast was amazing!!! Free parking in the superb garden The hotel is a bit old but the host makes you forget about it easily

Do not miss a sunset bike ride past the salt pans and windmills. Go north to the waterside restaurant with overpriced drinks (worth it for the view, we went twice).

We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanni's property. The property exceeded our expectations and we regret that we planned only one night stay there. The building is secure and gated, the location is simply amazing- just across the quiet road from Marsala Laguna with the most stunning sunset views. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens, our breakfast was served outside by the beautiful olive trees. The building itself is full of character and interesting details. Our room was good, furnishing is basic but adequate, the room was large with access to the shared balcony and a corridor leading to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, which was important considering the temperature outside and inside. The breakfast was nice, fresh sweet and savoury bakes from the local bakery, fruit, coffee and juice. Jovanni's very hospitable, communication with him was easy and quick. Overall we are very pleased with our stay, would recommend it to everyone and would definitely come to stay again. everything was fine
