Paola and Paola are very kind and friendly hosts. The garden is wonderful and the breakfast is excellent for Italian standards. The rooms are really quite old and there is almost no soundproofing, so you can hear everything in the house. Everything is quite (very) dated and rusty, very small shower. There is a big but friendly dog in the garden. Breakfast is very fatty and sugary (as usual for Italy) with few protein-rich options (except one egg).

Paolo y Paula ran a Sicilian restaurant in Rome for 20 years, then returned to their home in Marsala to run a B&B and extend their gracious hospitality to the lucky people who find out about them. Their meals are over the top delicious and the hosts are genuinely kind, friendly people. Meals are served in their home, and you are treated like a family guest. The home is well kept, with a quirky collection of arts and crafts throughout. They are wonderful hosts. The wifi was not very reliable (spotty) so the host kindly helped us by calling in reservations for us.

It was a really comfortable, relaxing retreat type property. Paula and Paulo were the greatest hosts.

Paulo kindly help us arrange a boat tour nearby in Marsala and was keen to share stories and show his skills with the basket weaving and pasta making!! Paulo and Paula are full of warmth and thoroughly looked after us during our short stay, we would very much recommend!
