The breakfast was very good It would be nice if the spa would be open, at least the pool, without charge, even if within a reservation window.

It was centrally located, rooms were nice and so was the staff It was a bit noisy from 1:00-3:00 am, carpet could use cleaning or better hard floor installed. If spa was included it would have been perfect.

My stair was great, very clean property felt safe in my room and staff was friendly and accommodating. Outside of the hotel felt slightly unsafe but that’s not the hotels fault at all.

Although very close to train, there were long escalators through the metro to get there. Not a big issue but be aware. The hotel is not in the best neighborhood so you have to be careful going out to dinner after dark. Closest reasonable restaurant is 10-15 minute walk through this neighborhood. We were fine but one woman on the street warned me to hide my phone.

The staff was really nice and very helpful for the questions that we asked.

The room was very small. The shower had no glass so the bathroom floor got very wet. There was no place to sit in the room other than the bed and a small stool.

We had wonderful interactions with the staff. Very helpful to two non-French speaking Texans. The spa, which I didn’t even intend to use on booking, was amazing! Nothing

I did not eat breakfast but I think it isn’t necessary to at the hotel. The spa was private and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was efficient yet friendly. The beach is a 15 minute bike ride. Nothing to declare.

If you have any reason to be near the train station, stay here. Efficient staff, steps from St Charles station, comfy beds, great AC, great WiFi, nice breakfast. If possible, spring for a terrace room, mine (room 810 on top floor) had a lovely view of the city and basilica although was up a final flight of stairs not accessible by elevator. I didn't hang out in the neighborhood at night but it was fine during the day. Seemed by far the nicest hotel in area. Nothing

The front desk was super welcoming and nice! The area was perfect! We were right next to the train station. A lot of places to eat nearby. Old port was about a 15-20 min walk, which wasn't bad at all. The weather was nice. The hotel was cozy and clean! I loved it! Breakfast was delicious. You have to pay separately for breakfast and the spa though. The entrance was great! There's a really nice lobby area too.

Location is fantastic for interrailing. But coined with that the bed is incredibly comfortable, it’s has a beautiful quiet courtyard at back - just a brilliant hotel all round nothing
