Clean, good location, nice staff, comfortable bed and bathroom, breakfast outside in the shade. "The walls of this hotel are paper thin" (Leonard Cohen). There was quite a lot of noise coming from the echoing hallway, and especially from neighboring rooms. Earplugs helped me sleep.

Clean, comfortable room; very helpful woman on reception; safe storage are for my bicycle (although I did have to carry it up stairs to the 'garden'!); breakfast good. I had to pay a 'damage deposit' of €100 and was told it would be reimbursed on check out. When I checked out at 09:00 I was told that the deposit would be reimbursed at 12:00. In fact it wasn't cleared from my card for two days - this was a worry that I could do without!

Location Everything else. Mentioned AC wasn’t working upon arrival and was accused of breaking it. Unbelievable. Would avoid.

Great location, really lovely staff and nice outside space for breakfast The pillows were uncomfortable and the outside space was locked during the day.

Quiet. The shower was hard to fit into foe a size 14 woman. They didn't give my 50 euro deposit back after not responding until booking.com got onto them a week later. Wouldn't stay again.

Close to tran and subway Comforter on bed did not even go to the sides. Very useless and worn. TV worked and had channels, but no one knew how to operate the remote. So no TV.

A little bit of a walk from the Vieux Port. Would have been nice if breakfast were included in the booking price.
