Location! Very friendly staff.

The location was perfect for a first time visitor to Marseille. Close to public transport and Vieux Port, it was perfect for sightseeing and getting around. Room was small but comfortable and was perfect for our needs. Naomi was extremely helpful and is a valuable asset to the hotel. At this price point, a small fridge in the room would be a nice feature. Having a communal fridge on a lower floor with no lift access was inconvenient especially with medicine that had to be refrigerated.

The location was great. It’s close to everything We had a coffee maker and they provided coffee and tea, but no water. Every hotel provides 2 bottles of water a day. And the paper cups were too small

Location was ideal . Very clean rooms and comfy beds ! The view of the port from the room … just stunning .

Location is fantastic, room was comfortable, metro stop around the corner, elevator on site and great breakfast.

First of all, Hotel in The best location to explore city, right in port. Room was clean, beds are fine (No tired mattress ), not big but bigger than Some other French hotel I have been to. Excellent staffs, They are really tried to help guests. I want to mention the names, Catherine, Sarah, and sally.I had a problem with my bank, my credit Card, also my sim Card did't work to Call the bank. They did their best for me, tried to pay my bill with their Card, also help me to Contract my bank. Thank you, wish you The best. As a 3 star breakfast was fine, but could improve a bit.

Very helpful receptionist. Breakfast was good. Very convenient for the Vieux Port. A bit more expensive than I would have thought.

The location is perfect. The views are wonderful and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is acceptable and a great stay. Our third time in Marseille and we would definitely stay there again. More breakfast choices like pain au chocolate ?.

This was the perfect location for a weekend stay to enjoy Noel Marseille! It was so easy to access from the train station. The staff was kind and accessible. The room was generous with a lovely balcony. We left the balcony doors open most of the time as the weather was lovely and we enjoyed the music from below. The room was very quiet -if we closed the doors it shut out all of the street noise. The entrance is a bit hidden, but it was fine once you knew where it was.

We loved its location, value for the money and the bed! The bed was very comfortable. After a long day of travelling it was easy to fall asleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was close to the port, convenient to lots of restaurants. Small room, dark hallways.

Convenient area. The mattress is very uncomfortable, needs to be replaced. The first lady that checked us in was nice and friendly but every one after was not helpful or very friendly. We ended up moving to a much nicer hotel right around the corner for not much more money.
