The location and the staff.

Location is great, room was sparse but still functional. Had an earlier breakfast start (6:30am) which was convenient and pretty decent. Staff were kind. Easy to reach from train station St Charles. Lots of restaurants and cafes all around. There are quite a few stairs you need to take to reach the reception. Hard to manage with big luggage. While the room and bathroom were clean, there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

Service

The location was amazing and the A/C worked very well. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even though we were warned, the stairs were not fun.

Good central location. The breakfast they offer for €14.00 is good value and delicious lots to choose from Lot of stairs if you have large luggage to get to the lift which is terrifying can fit 1 person and I luggage and that’s it

The location can’t be beat. The rooms were clean and dare I say a little on the big side. Breakfast was perfect. The coffee was organic and good. The staff were attentive and plesant. I could complain about the stairs to get to the first floor but I’m not. I had a huge suitcase and a backpack and made it okay. I was prepared though. :)

Location, location, location! It doesn’t get better than this. Directly across from the old port and convenient to everything. It was a lot of stairs, but good exercise.

Having to climb 48 steps from the street just to get to the main floor. I don’t believe it was mentioned at booking.

Easy to find. Nothing to dislike.

Location That there were 2 or 3 flights of stairs with no lift before you get to the reception area. They would have been better to say no view and leave it at that but they said courtyard. Courtyard of air conditioners and storage. No access to the “courtyard”.

Excellent location with view of the Vieux Port. The bed was really small, but the good quality bedding made up for it. Excellent shower and all spottless! Location was superb right at the Old Port with view of the thousands of boats. Subway entrance is literally just across the street!

Everything. Part of the charm is, while having everything, it still has a feel of a "hostel". And, there are lots of stairs to get to it...hint: if you have them call a taxi when leaving, the driver will come up and carry your bags down. Would that one could find the same for arriving!? The stairs.

Location, just in front of old port, stuff are kind of enough to help carry heavy luggage to the first floor.

Great location! Very walkable to major attractions. The hotel was decent and quiet. For the price for two nights it was pretty good I didn’t like the smell of my room. It smell really bad.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The location is fantastic. On the harbor with access to anywhere in Marseille. This is a "be aware" comment. There are 30+ steps from the entrance to the reception area with no elevator access. If you are physically challenged with steps this may not be your best choice. N/A

Location. Right on the harbor. Modern hotel, lacking charm. No elevator until second floor
