Very good location - especially for a first time visitor who is staying only and few days. We especially appreciated the AC given the recent heat wave across Europe. Nothing terrible. We were four floors up from the street with no elevator- it was fine for us. The floors slant very noticeably…we just got accustomed to it. The bathroom and shower are quite narrow…so it’s especially important to move carefully while using them.

We spent 3 nights here with our 5 year old daughter. The hotel has a very good location! Everything you need is very close. The price is also reasonable for a hotel that has no kitchen, nothing else except rooms. Our room was nice. Simple, nothing fancy but always clean. The bathroom had a funny smell, but it was also cleanded every day, we had clean towels every day, so I really cannot complain. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back any time! The hotel has an excellent location. But since it is in the center, the nights can get pretty loud. Luckily our daughter didn't wake up, so it was ok. There are no cups in the bathroom, but I already knew that, so I took some with us. There is no fridge in the room, that would be a big help, especially when you travel with kids, but we also knew that so we planned accordingly. These are no negative things, and since you can find all these informations on the internet, we really cannot complain.

I really apreciated the location Staff do not speak a word of english, there is no elevator which is a very critical part. Room smells cigarette and bathroom leaks also i could really hear the snoring from the other rooms

Great location The table in the room had unattractive stains and there was mold in the shower.

Great location by the old port and plenty of lively restaurants. No elevator and very plain rooms.

Its in the area of the old port so you've got good selection of restaurants and takeaways nearby and the staff were helpful. Bed is covered in a plastic sheet ubder the cover, the shower would leak and flood the bathroom, found bugs in the shower and no soap in the bathroom of any kind Can't change the area but its a bit rough by the old port further into town by saint charles is nicer

The room is cozy clean the staff are nice but they dont have alevator for the 3rd floor

The location was great. The staff was OK, but there was no one for the check-out. So, me and the other hosts, we left the keys on the table. Nothing, the quality of the hotel is in accordance with the description

Location, cleanliness, generally pleasant nature & helpfulness of staff... . except for... No offer to help this 64 yeat-old woman get her case up the remaining 2 floors (Reception is on first floor; the building has character ...and thus no lift) Independent by nature, I did not EXPECT help. I did, however, reflect later that it WOULD have been nice... ...and not unreasonable: the gentleman on reception was a good 20 years younger...

The location is perfect! Everything is super close - bars,restaurants,old port…accomodation was OK, clean and comfy bed,but very basic. I mean if you are young (or you doesnt have to need luxury accomodation) its for you! Great value for the money,but nothing special. I didn like the fact that they didnt speak english and also there was no other facilities as a cups for drinking or hairdryer (even one at the reception-zero point for that)

Better then what I expected! Friendly staff, clean room, quality bed sheets, very central and a good value for the money I paid. Noisy area but it is not the hotel fault because it's located in the very center next to Vieux Port metro station. There is no lift but the reception guys are friendly and ready to help!
