Bed super comfortable, great pool area Weren’t able to check in til 4pm and despite this long lead time, shampoo conditioner and shower gel bottles were empty. The shower was also not in a separate bathroom so not the best for friends sharing room.

It was good but we were asked to pay 400 euros when we got there on top of the price for the room with 0 knowledge prior and the staff claiming we were told before stay but I have no emails about it- we thought was very dodgy.... There is not very much around the area, and if you are just girls I wouldn't recommend walking back there at night. Good otherwise nice hotel with good views.

Modern hotel, good location Premium sea view room mostly had swimming pool view, expensive bar and restaurant compared to local places.

Good En fait quand je suis arrivé, j’avais pas de carte bleue physique, et du coup ils m’ont refusé l’accès à ma chambre et ils ont même pas essayé de trouver une solution, c’est moi qui ai dû trouver une solution à demander à un autre client qui me prête sa carte bleue pour mettre le déposit

Breakfast was generous, beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Hotel is an upmarket IBIS. On arrival to our room we noted two large brown stains, when we raised this with staff nothing was done. It was only after chasing did they reluctantly clean the carpet. The room should never have been checked out to guests in that state. In the bathroom the shower was leaking and there was limescale. The pool is heavily chipped and much smaller in person. They also one day took all the umbrellas down due to the wind, but provided no other cover, apology or explanation.

Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. We came from a very distant country and we’re so tired and when we came to the hotel which we have paid for via booking really big money they wanted us to pay deposit only by card but we have had money only in cash at that moment and they didn’t want to accept it and almost cancelled our reservation what got us in a really bad position

Perfect location Too far from citycenter for walking

The pool with sea water. The maintenance of the property is far from the four stars level. It needs serious renovation or maintenance plus the food is one of the worst I’ve ever had. Everything is straight from the frozen bags and most of it fried. On top of that the final of the World Cup had the worst streaming ever so bad that a client offered her own Wi-Fi and at the end we ended up watching on a tablet brought by another customer. Totally disappointing.

Great pool, lovely staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. Coffee machine didn’t work very well then not at all, I needed more conditioner as the one in the room didn’t work, then the replacement had separated conditioner in! I was in a ground floor room and there was loud music playing at a function until quite late.

Honestly, the view and location are the best parts of this property, the rest was disappointing! Not worth the price, and rooms need some deep-cleaning! Immediately upon entering my room I noticed the stains on the floor, on the curtains and elsewhere, with the windows also not being super clean. It’s the type of dirt that requires a proper deep-clean and some basic maintenance - see photos! I also noticed there were no mugs for tea (or coffee), just a few tiny paper espresso cups, so I ended up drinking tea from one of the glasses I took from the bathroom. There were no teaspoons also! This is super basic and should be available when you offer coffee / tea in-room. Only small towels available in-room, not the usual larger bath towels and smaller hand towels, also no washing cloths. The room, bright and spacious and the bed decently comfortable. Food disappointing and communication lacking!
