The cleanliness, the room was cleaned daily. The pillows were quite nice and soft. The shower worked well (not the drainage). The was no reception/concierge, just someone we could text. There was no tea/coffee in the room and were informed that it was due to supply issues, when I suggested I buy some and get reimbursed I was advised that this was not possible, I was then told we would be able to get one from the restaurant downstairs, which was closed during the rest of our stay, strange that they don't know this. There was no cutlery available. The air conditioner was noisy, as if it were broken (it worked and cooled the room down). It would make a large 'grunting' noise every few minutes - throughout the night, no setting would fix this - i tried them all. We were on the 1st floor and the music from the restaurant/bar downstairs was easily heard in the room until quite late, i think until about midnight. The balcony door is damaged, hard to open and could quite easily be broken into (just a push from the outside in would do it). The bathroom had a some damaged skirting and a terribly placed towel rack. The toilet flush was also incredibly noisy (not great when you have a young child sleeping). The furniture is cheap (not reflective of the price - although nothing was). The view looks onto a recycling centre, so you are looking at rubbish out the window.

Clean room. There was very big problem with parking, because this hotel prefers restaurant guests rather than hotel guests. Despite pre-ordered parking in the hotel yard, they did not let us in. We had to park 1 km from the hotel and outside the parking lot. And at midnight, when the restaurant guests were leaving, we had to walk to get the car and park in the yard. it was very stressful. I missed the kitchen equipment. Just 1 glass, 1 spoon, kettle for water. We were at the restaurant too for dinner. We where waiting about 20 minutes, but the waiter did not come. They prefered another guests. There were big groups. So we were without dinner.

Great location, well maintained!

Good location with lots going on and opposite the Olympic sailing venue. There was a mechanical noise all night coming from somewhere unidentified

Restaurant just below the appartment rooms. Loud music and people having a party. Maybe I was unlucky. The host did what she could to lower the volume of the part at the restaurant. Not enough though. I would not trust this place if you expect to sleep before midnight. If you are not sensitive to noise this place is good!

Nice sea view over the street and park (not close to the see but that was clear from the location). Parking availability. Bit awkward to enter through the restaurant (even if not open). This was a bit unexepected ad seems the owner is not related to the restaurant - so no real assistance or welcome when you arrive and have to find your way to the rooms.

modern and clean rooms, located directly at the beach, bus connection to the city, pet friendly loud music until late at night (the rooms are located directly above the restaurant/bar). The hotel feels more like an add-on to the restaurant. There is no reception, everything is handled remotely.

This could have been a five star review. A hotel close to the beach, a large room with a mini kitchen, nice bathroom, all very (IKEA) modern... The hotel rooms are directly above the restaurant of the same name (which is very good), but whenever the restaurant is in operation, very loud pop music is played out of speakers that are on the ceiling right underneath the hotel rooms on the first floor. Even with the door to the stairs and the room door and window firmly closed, the thumping of the music can be heard very loudly. The restaurant officially closes at 2200, but the music continues until just after midnight. My six-year-old was struggling to sleep, given the noise. Thankfully this is a kosher restaurant and was closed for the sabbath on the last two nights of our stay, which gave us much-needed peace and quiet.
