Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the cosy pool area, and the gym was a great bonus. Both facilities added to the overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the staff was friendly. However, we have a few suggestions for improvement. Our room did not have a balcony, which made it very difficult to dry wet swimsuits, towels and other beachwear after a day at the beach or pool. We also noticed that after housekeeping, the floor was often still wet and not completely clean. Our white socks became black very quickly, which suggested that the floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Another issue was the restaurant. The indoor dining area was uncomfortably cold because of the air conditioning, so we chose to sit outside instead. Unfortunately, there were many wasps and pigeons, which made outdoor dining less enjoyable. Finally, we would appreciate having more casual options on the restaurant menu. The menu mainly consisted of quite sophisticated dishes. It would be great to offer simpler choices such as salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas or pasta, especially for families and guests looking for a light, relaxed meal.

Hotel location was great with a beautiful view. Swimming pool was good enough to relax. The room furniture was a little bit outdated comparing to other nice one in robby and restaurant. In the suite, there was a bed sofar with some spots and noise whenever we moved.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff Problems in our room and bathroom were sorted but it was irritating. Fact that we were warned by telephone before arriving that the Air Conditioning had broken and that we were given option to cancel or discount for the inconvenience. We were also given a fan. Quite a few problems with fixtures and fittings in room and bathroom. Given cost per night was surprised and disappointed by these problems and the fact that others in our group had problems in their rooms too. A simple task to check before rooms are used by next guests.

Room was generous size and had nice view of the sea in the distance, setting sun, horse racing track and ferris wheel Hours of operation for sauna and jacuzzi that were sent in an email before our arrival did not match the hours on the door of the facility which led to inadvertently overstaying
