An excellent stay from beginning to end! The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and the level of hospitality was truly outstanding. A special thank you to **Maelan** at reception for the incredibly warm welcome and professional service. I also want to recognize **Iskander**, who worked the evening shift. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always took the time to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude, genuine care for guests, and willingness to help made a real difference and left a lasting impression. A big thank you as well to the **Housekeeping Leader** and the entire housekeeping team for keeping the hotel in immaculate condition. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! I also hope the hotel director recognizes these amazing employees and rewards them with a well-deserved gift—they truly deserve it for their outstanding dedication and exceptional service. Food and drinks The breakfast could be much better my opinion we had just 2 time breakfast instead of 4 times The breakfast area can be more clean it not the best but had nothing to do with HK team

Hôtel parfaitement situé, dans un quartier très calme et proche des commerces. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue et le personnel est disponible et très aimable. Je recommande.

Clean, newly renovated room on the 5th floor. Large space. Exceptional quality shower room. Separate toilet. View over the pool. Secure underground parking. Excellent location for the shopping centre if that's your reason for visiting. Decent walk otherwise to get to the beach and restaurants etc (20-25 minutes). Local area has SDF (rough sleepers).

Good location, nice and comfortable Couldn’t see the pool facilities? Weren’t open when we stayed. Check timings.

No hair dryer, AC didn’t work very well, elevator was broken when we were there, coffee in our room was decaf, no microwave
