The breakfast buffet, the entryway and the staff. The bathroom amenities It felt run down, some of the buttons in the lift weren’t lit properly. Some of the plug sockets were loose, the ironing board was broken. The swimming pool, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was tiny. The pictures are very deceiving

Location is close to all the shops and restaurants. Reception staff being helpful and always great you with smile The pool area wasn’t kept well. we had no sheer curtains in our room that overlooked the pool (no privacy). Our room was not cleaned, or no water was left for us to make tea/coffee.

The rooms were disgusting, not clean at all, there was mold in the bathroom, insects in the sink and mold. hair in the bed. The floor was dirty, the corridors were full of leftovers of other clients, moldy strawberries…..
